Taking away due process for anyone is a direct threat on due process for everyone. Thats just how it works. This should be freaking people out, and Joe Rogan is spot on.

What’s happening now isn’t immigration policy, it’s a constitutional stress test and the people calling for shortcuts are the same ones who’ll whine about tyranny when it’s used against them. Courts exist to protect rights, even when it’s unpopular, even when it’s inconvenient. Take away due process from one and the line of who’s next is already forming.
