It defeat logic of purpose for UDB to open branches and claim to be taking services nearer to the communities. If us the enlighten can’t access funds for dev’t from UDB, who or how many ordinary people can access funding? Those are just building amidst poverty in people.

Your loaning conditions are too obstructive to ordinary Ugandans to get funds for dev’t! I tried to get agric. funding you pass banks, from Centinary Bank, Mukono. The officers dismissed, like there’s no such funding. So, who do you target your funding for? Stop fooling citizens
