Unlike Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce’s Large Action Models (LAMs) leverage both structured and unstructured data across Salesforce’s secure, scalable ecosystem—Data Cloud, Customer 360, Tableau, Flow, & Slack—to drive real-time, intelligent, autonomous actions. It’s not just automation; it’s AI agents acting with precision, context, accuracy, and compliance, turning routine tasks into autonomous, value-driven actions. Agentforce enables teams to focus on strategy while Autonomous Agents handles the customer and employee workloads, all within a trusted framework that adapts and learns. This is the future of work, powered by Salesforce. This is what AI was meant to be. #Agentforce

The brain of #Agentforce is our #Atlas learning and reasoning engine, developed by Salesforce AI Research 🧠 Atlas reasons, generates a plan, evaluates, and refines until it feels confident it knows how to accomplish your goals. It pulls in the data it needs from Data Cloud using advanced #RAG and custom CRM #embeddings. Then Atlas takes action across the Customer 360, whether that’s automating a campaign in Agentforce Marketing, resolving a case in Agentforce Service or, in OpenTable’s case, confirming that perfect dinner reservation for your friend's birthday. The more you use Atlas, the smarter it gets. We've pioneered reinforcement learning based on customer outcomes (#RLCO)— Agentforce is continuously tuning to align with your business outcomes, such as higher conversion and increased CSAT. Your data is never our product, which means your outcome data is proprietary to you. The results we're seeing are incredibly promising. Agentforce powered by Atlas delivers 33% more accuracy and 2x more relevance than DIY AI. It's the difference between a DIY science project and a trusted enterprise-grade agent you can confidently deploy into production. #DF24 #agents #enterprise #reasoning #dreamforcekeynote

Last week OpenAI launched ChatGPT Canvas, an interface that displays text, code, and visualization outputs. In the enterprise, we rely on more structured, trusted UX elements -- record details, lists, dropdowns, dashboards. Salesforce Page Layouts and Dynamic Forms control how components are presented, but it's time-consuming and hard to anticipate what data and workflows each user will need. But what if it didn't have to be this way? So excited to share the new Salesforce Generative Lightning UX ⚡️which dynamically generates layouts including tables, charts, news, Lightning components, powered by Agentforce. 🔹 Empowers CRM teams with ready access to essential info and insights, and ability to take action by talking or typing 🔹 Personalized to each user and adapts dynamically to each job to be done 🔹Secure and trusted, respecting data-sharing rules and permissions configured in your Salesforce instance We know AI can generate code, text, and video. Now AI can dynamically generate enterprise UX/UI too. You'll never experience enterprise apps the same again. 🤯 In pilot starting now. Look forward to your feedback so that we can productize next year! Salesforce Research Blog: Generative Lightning on AppExchange: #GenAI #UI #UX #Interfaces #Design #PageLayouts

How does an FDE map the processes to deploy AI in a real business? We use 3 sources. Source 1 is people. - Companies tell us: "this person's been at the firm for 20 years and they just handle it." - We hear this from Fortune 50 companies and from SMBs. - So in finance, you talk to the head of AP, AR, reconciliations, billing, banking, and FP&A. You make a "human API." Source 2 is the systems of record. - With real-time access to Salesforce for 3 to 4 weeks, you see what data comes in and how often people correct it. Source 3 is the documents in SharePoint, Drive, Notion, Slack, Teams, and Gmail. If you use the system data without the interviews, you miss half of the picture. The split is different for each company. A large company can have 10 years of Salesforce data. An SMB has most of it in people's heads. Choose your angle for each company before you build.

startups buy salesforce or hubspot by default because that's just what you do when you scale. the problem is those systems were built for reps manually typing notes. slapping ai agents on top of subjective, incomplete data is a bottleneck. lightfield actually rebuilt the crm for the agent era. full api and mcp access turns it into infrastructure. 5,000+ companies already moved. i've been working with the lightfield team, and their $47m series a is pure signal. opinions are mine.

We just made the Warp API and MCP completely free. Most HR platforms make you sit through a sales call and a questionnaire just to reach your own data. We think that's backwards. You can pull your entire company and employee data, time off, compensation, payroll, IT, basically anything in Warp. Build your own dashboards. Connect Warp to your internal systems. Run your own automations on top of your data. We built this because our customers are technical and AI-native. They don't want to stare at a dashboard. They want to build on top of their data. Legacy platforms silo it on purpose, and the API, when it exists at all, is a pricey add-on buried behind a sales process. We shipped the API eight weeks ago, and some of our top customers have already built real tools on top of Warp. Today we're removing the last barrier to doing that. If you're an AI-native founder, exec, CIO, or Chief People Officer who's been duct taping this together, the API and MCP are now included free on most plans. On Enterprise, a small fee unlocks the more powerful version with uptime SLAs, webhooks, and audit logs. Your data should be yours. Excited to see what you build with it.

Do you know the top 3 reasons you're losing deals by ARR? That's the power of Enterpret. When I was a VP of Product at Apollo io, it was a superpower as a product leader. Enterpret allowed us to aggregate: • Sales calls • Support chat • Social media mentions • Customer success interactions And connect that to data in Salesforce and Snowflake to create a holistic look of the issues our customers faced. (And no, this isn't a sponsored post.) It allowed our CPO Shek Viswanthan to drive a company-wide Voice of Customer program that wasn't based on manual tagging or small samples. And it wasn't just restricted to sales prospects. We could connect this to our biggest customer accounts to identify the most likely reasons for churn. So we mobilized all the product teams to rigorously eliminate these top human contact reasons. The results? A more self-serve product ↳ More users solving their problems in the product ↳ Lower support and CSM needs ↳ Higher retention It's no wonder Enterpret has won customers like Notion, Canva, and Figma.

We built a B2B SaaS sales company and here’s what it taught us about B2B SaaS sales 🧵👇 (but actually) Today we’re launching Rox, the first publicly available AI agent swarm for the top sales teams, and in the private beta it already helped reps grow their books 30%. 2025 is going to be a huge year for growth. Enterprises are doubling next year’s revenue goals, but no one is doubling team sizes. Every rep will have to bring in more, and AI can help them do that. But there’s a wrong way and a right way. Much of today’s AI aims to replace low-value work. But sales follows a power law: 90% of revenue comes from the top 15% of enterprise sales reps. The greatest gains will come from supercharging the highest value work — raising the ceiling, not the floor. Rox equips the very best with a swarm of AI agents, acting as an army of analysts to help them plan, prioritize, research, engage, and keep up with their customers. Over 35 of the best-performing enterprise sales teams have adopted Rox virally. For example, Ramp has rolled it out to their AE and AM teams, and we are now integrating their internal data systems with Rox. The Enterprise AE team alone gains 225+ hours per week to boost pipeline execution activities. Rox is now in public beta. No barriers. No need to request a demo. Try it now for free →

It was a big day for me. For the FIRST TIME in a long time, I bought more $XRP with the intention of holding it and adding to my long term bag. It’s been tough to want to buy above $2, because I got in so early at $0.17 - $0.50 and packed my bags. The only time i’ve bought more in the past couple years was for the purpose of using it to trade memecoins on the XRPL. Why haven’t I bought more? Because I was stacking my bags with other tokens and expanding my portfolio!

You can’t safely test an enterprise agent on a real company’s data. So we built a company for it to work in. Era is live today, and it’s free. It generates a complete simulated enterprise that behaves like a real one across Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Gong, Deel and more, along with cloud databases and storage. Agents interact with it through live MCP and API interfaces. People leave. Deals change. Records get duplicated. Permissions differ across systems. And because Era generated the company, it knows the exact ground truth. Test, benchmark and improve agents against realistic enterprise workloads, use the failures for targeted post-training, then rerun the same environment to measure the impact. Huge thanks to our research partners NVIDIA, Dawn E. Carter, Composio, Openlayer, deel, Eragon and c, with more coming soon.

🚨 AMAZON IS DOWN - AND WORKERS THINK THE “KILL SWITCH” JUST GOT FLIPPED An Amazon employee recorded this during the outage: “It’s been three hours. No info. Nothing.” “I believe in the kill switch. They’re just testing it out to see if it works. and it does, it’s working.” “They’re cleansing us right now from everything.” Normally when systems crash, Amazon offers VTO (Voluntary Time Off) so people can go home. This time? No VTO. No answers. Everyone kept inside. If Amazon really runs the backbone of the internet… what happens when someone flips that switch for real?
