Not necessary to scare the kids. Not necessary to scream like that, and scare the kids. Of course, shoplifting wrong of course shoplifting with your kids wrong but the way this guy is talking. He’s not even being considerate of the kids. The kids needed to be out of the room before the he spoke like that. That will scar those children forever.

@hartgoat Bad policing too. No Miranda Rights read. Just looking through her stuff. Don't seem to even know what he is looking for. Clearly taking what staff told him at face value and haven't reviewed evidence. Lawsuit.
