Activists encouraging illegal aliens to resist law enforcement not only spread misinformation, but also undermine public safety, as well as the safety of our officers and those being apprehended. This woman feels that she is the public sidewalk police and can decide what rights you have based on what she believes is right. My favorite part is when the police arrive and the officer informed her that what this man is doing is well within his rights, she then shifted gears to question the officer's knowledge of the law. In other words, the law and your rights are only what she is willing to agree to in her eyes.

Officer pulled this car over for speeding on the highway. When they approached the car the driver had his hands out the window saying his son has been injured. Great job by this officer to understand the concern of the father and leap into action to get some help for the boy. This officer is a great representative of his department and the town he serves.

Hassan: I am the proud mother of a young man with severe cerebral palsy and a day does not go by when I don’t think about what did I do when I was pregnant with him.. please do not suggest that anybody in this body doesn’t want to know what the cause of autism is. The problem with this witness and his response on the cause of autism and the relationship to vaccines is that he is relitigating settled science so we can’t go forward and find out what the cause is.

The facts of what happened in Minneapolis on Jan 7 matter: at 10:25 AM CT the individual in question was using her vehicle to block-in law enforcement officers and obstruct lawful operations—a felony. Throughout the course of the morning, the individual and her partner had been stalking, harassing and impeding law enforcement. ICE law enforcement approached the individual in question and gave repeated lawful commands to stop obstructing operations and then ordered her out of her vehicle for arrest. She refused to comply. She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, a deadly weapon, and hit a federal law enforcement officer. The ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement, and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. Peaceful protest is a sacred First Amendment right. This was not that. If you obstruct law enforcement operations, ignore lawful commands, and use a deadly weapon to kill or cause bodily harm to a federal law enforcement office there are dangerous, and in this case deadly, consequences. This was entirely preventable.
