This could get ugly. 👀 The rule is set to take effect on March 11. New rule where companies will get rid of 1099 workers ( I believe he means 1099)... they must be listed on payroll as an employee. Ex: independent delivery ppl who aren't employed by the company but drive for them, they get an 1099 instead of being hired as an employee. When he says Wow... he means WOW! Article for reference:
