Foot position at contact is always important, but many don’t realize how extending your toe forward and rotating the top of the foot to face up will actually allow your hips to clear more efficiently. Try not to swing your foot through the ball like a putter. Think of it more like a full golf swing.

Let me help Here's a pretty thorough analysis of your current swing, what you need to do to fix it, AND I saw you posted a swing from 2025 where you were hitting it ok & did a side by side as to why it was better in 2025 vs now It's a 7:30 video but for the keen golfers out there, here's a snippet of how I'd analyse a swing Hope it helps mate 👊

So, we simplified his take away with the help of an alignment stick as feedback How you start the swing will influence the rest: Josh would whip it inside and then up high making it very difficult to pivot the body well and deliver the club from a good place. We got Josh to stop at waist height as a check point and then feel a good pivot to the top where his arms were a little flatter. The result in the downswing was a much shallower approach leading to better turf interation and a more predictable straighter ball flight. #golf #golftips

What struck me was how Western Devs don't talk like this anymore: - We need to push harder for better optimization and compatibility. - We always want to bring you a better game experience. The whole interview is like this, about delivering what gamers want. The focus on the gamer is relentless. Western interviews tend to be more about "what WE wanted to do" which is more dev as storyteller focus and "if you don't like it don't play it."
