To make matters worse, health insurance payments are also exploding due to the influx of migrants into the system. I don't blame any German for leaving this country to escape these hellish taxes and fees.

Canada is in the same boat. By the end of all taxes we pay close to 60%

Throughout Europe, not just in Germany... 😒

Well here we pay the same amount of taxes and services are bad, or non exitent

3d day in Switzerland You are poor

Someone can say, that mediana salary in Germany is something between 3000-6000€, but nobody would mention THIS TAXES

That is literally me 🙈

German are way too agreeable to fight this

NEJM: The wealthiest Americans have the same survival rates as the poorest Europeans. Here is why money—isn't saving us: A study of ~74,000 adults (50–85) revealed a striking finding: the wealthiest Americans have survival rates roughly equal to the poorest Europeans. Despite having access to top-tier healthcare, high-end housing, and wellness resources, high wealth in the US fails to fully close the mortality gap with Europe. Why? The study doesn't answer this directly, but longevity likely relies less on wealth and more on lifestyle: strong social safety nets, walkable communities, lower daily stress, whole foods, and secure retirements. As a systems physiologist and dual US/EU citizen, I see a lesson here. We spend so much energy chasing interventions—rapamycin, peptides, cold plunges, red-light therapy—hoping to hack single metabolic pathways. But human physiology isn't a collection of isolated mechanisms. Trillions of cells communicate across metabolic, vascular, endocrine, immune, and neurological systems. True health emerges from integration. Longevity isn't about hacking individual pathways—it’s about building an environment where the whole organism can thrive. Time for us to recalibrate.

☕️🍁🍮 ⚖️ 🧮

The greedy German state takes 73% of your money through taxes because he prefers to squander the money on millions of migrants and give it away to foreign countries, rather than spending it on his own population and infrastructure.
