Well done. Can you ask for some information on the number of Ukrainians of working age in full time employment. How many of these are availing the ARP payment @SimonHarrisTD is great on praise for the Ukrainians but he never provides any data to support his claims

Well done Ken O'Flynn . Harris never answered the questions, he's just a weak & poor deflector and is incapable of discussion debate discourse & dissent, he's as transparent as rice paper, Casper Harris, the electorate can see through this farce...... He failed to answer the questions put forward, zero response to the questions asked, he needs a refresher course of the Roberts Rules and to learn how to effectively answer direct questions without sounding idiotic........

Following a question on benefits for Ukrainian and IPAS refugees you say....... Having your car repaired and the bill picked up & paid for by the taxpayer is not a benefit.........to the taxpayer, it's unacceptable. The same should be applied equally & proportionally to all and not exclusively to non tax paying temporary guests in this Country, most admittedly by the Taoiseach he said, are economic migrants. If they can afford to run a car they can equally afford to pay for their own car repairs and not have the taxpayer pick up & pay for their bill but yet the hard working taxpayer, many of them struggling are not afforded the same free car repair service which can include car accessories (tyres , service, light bulb replacement, et al)..... Can you list other countries who provide this free service exclusively to economic migrants Ukrainians and IPAS temporary guests , at the expense of their constituents......... You hardly support disproportionately?...........I don't think your constituents, taxpayers , would approve. You all have been elected to represent & serve your constituents first and foremost, you are there to put the needs of your constituents first, not temporary guests in this Country who can afford to run cars. If any TD supports this, they are not putting their constituents interests first, you ALL have been elected on a mandate and your obligations are to your constituents, first......... Constituents, your thoughts?........

Do all immigrants who work in this country pay PAYE the same as Irish do or are there special privileges for some ? How many get free accommodation while working? Too many scams, no answers.

He criticised the absence of the Minister for Health in the Dáil Chamber to respond to the plight of whistleblowers who, despite presenting peer-reviewed evidence and FOI documents, are ignored, discredited, and left vulnerable. Deputy McGrath referred specifically to a whistleblower who alleged regulatory failures, including misuse of end-of-life protocols in nursing homes during Covid and the failure of agencies like the HPRA HPRA and @ to act on vaccine safety concerns. He called for an immediate independent inquiry, demanding that the Department of Health, HPRA, and Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI )respond transparently and that whistleblower protections be enforced. In response, Minister of State Kieran O’Donnell TD for Limerick City Constituency , speaking on behalf of Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD , gave a procedural reply. He outlined the existing protected disclosures framework and the Department’s encouragement of staff to report wrongdoing without fear of penalisation. Minister O’Donnell assured that reports forwarded to the Protected Disclosures Commissioner are handled confidentially and fairly, but he did not address Deputy McGrath’s specific allegations or commit to an independent inquiry. In his rebuttal, Deputy McGrath reiterated the urgency and gravity of the whistleblower’s claims, including possible loss of thousands of lives, regulatory inaction, and systemic cover-ups. He again pressed for a public inquiry and immediate ministerial action. In closing, Minister O’Donnell reiterated the Department’s general commitment to the protected disclosures process but made no new commitments beyond referring the matter back to the Minister for Health. Tyrant officer gets schooled on 4th amendment and what private property is. He does the walk of shame with nothing to say. This Yolo County Sheriff's Deputy learned the hard way that stepping onto private property without your facts straight can lead to a masterclass in constitutional rights—and a legendary chewing out! Watch this standoff unfolds between a homeowner and a Yolo County Deputy (Badge #160) who decided to roll up onto land he wasn't invited on. The officer claimed he was investigating a suspicious vehicle at a home under construction, demanding that the man inside identify himself. But this homeowner wasn't having any of it. He immediately flipped the script on the deputy, pointing out the absolute lack of legal ground the officer was standing on. Nobody called 911 to have this man checked on, nobody reported a crime, and the deputy had zero confirmation of who actually owned the property before demanding ID. The property owner stood his ground, completely shutting down the officer's overreach by demanding he get off the land instead. Once the homeowner stepped out of his vehicle and firmly established that it was his land, the deputy realized he had absolutely nothing to hold him on. With his investigation completely dismantled, the officer was forced to turn around and walk back to his cruiser. To top it all off, the property owner sent him packing with a high-energy, unforgettable tirade, capping it all off by shouting that his intense vibe was fueled by nothing more than "500 calories of M&Ms, dude!" This is text book 101 of how to stand up for your rights when you have an officer that has overreached to this level. Dude went scorched the earth on this deputy.

A 40-year-old man allegedly died by suicide on Sunday after a woman posted a video on social media accusing him of sexually harassing her on a bus. The man has been identified as Deepak U, a native of #Govindapuram in #Kozhikode. He was found hanging at his residence early morning. According to police, his parents were home at the time. When he did not respond to repeated calls, neighbours were alerted to the situation, and the door was forced open, following which he was found dead. The incident came to light after a woman shared a video on social media alleging that the man had deliberately touched her with sexual intent while travelling on a crowded bus. The video, reportedly recorded during a journey from Payyannur railway station to the bus stand, went viral and garnered over 20 lakh views, triggering widespread online reactions. According to relatives and friends, he was under severe mental stress after the video went viral and was deeply disturbed by the allegations. His family has alleged that he was subjected to character assassination through social media and claimed that the video was created for online publicity. They have maintained that he was a person who generally stayed away from controversies. Relatives further alleged that the man faced intense online abuse following the circulation of the video. At the same time, the woman who posted the video was also reportedly subjected to cyber attacks. Police said the alleged incident took place in #Payyannur. This is how to handle a deputy that is fishing for crimes during a traffic stop all because he didn't like what the guy said. While driving past an active traffic stop at night, a citizen decided to exercise his First Amendment right to free speech by yelling a protected profanity out of his window: "F*ck the police!" Instead of maintaining professional composure, Harris County Sheriff's Deputy Vega immediately abandoned his current stop, ran back to his patrol vehicle, executed a U-turn, and pursued the driver. When Deputy Vega initially stopped the driver at a local gas station, he explicitly admitted his true motivation on camera, stating he pulled the vehicle over because the driver was "yelling something from [his] car." The moment the deputy realized that yelling at the police is entirely constitutionally protected speech—and does not constitute reasonable suspicion for a detention—the narrative instantly shifted. Suddenly, it became a traffic stop for a pretextual infraction: a alleged “failure to signal 100 feet before a turn.” Throughout the interaction, the driver handled the situation with a firm grasp of the law: Because he was legally carrying a firearm, he complied with Texas law by presenting both his standard Driver's License and his License to Carry (LTC). He repeatedly and successfully invoked his right to remain silent, refusing to take the bait on fishing questions like "Where are you coming from?" or "Have you had anything to drink tonight?" After finding absolutely nothing to pin on the driver, Deputy Vega was forced to issue a mere written warning for the signal infraction. The most disturbing part of the footage happens at the very end. Deputy Vega explicitly tells the driver, "The stop is over, you may leave." However, as the driver cracks open his door to adjust himself, the deputy immediately reacts by drawing his firearm on an individual he just legally released from detention. The citizen is safe, has his own documentation of the event, and plans to update on the formal complaint process, police reports, and upcoming bodycam/dashcam requests. This deputy got butt sore because he does not feel as though people should be able to have free speech, but he had to do the walk of shame.
