Yeah, when you accept the terms of use, you do have to agree to keep your feet on the floor. It calls out NOT to put them up on the dash.

The Robotaxi Usage Agreement literally says that you will keep BOTH FEET FLAT on the floor and wear your seatbelt correctly at all times while the car is in motion. (It is very dangerous to sit/lay like this in a car.)

Feet on the dash / floor requirement: Tesla’s terms and the Cybercab rider guides state that you must remain properly seated with your feet flat on the floor throughout the ride. Putting your feet up on the dash or anywhere else violates the proper seating position requirements.

The open cabin without a steering column or pedal box still looks completely surreal. Curious how the road noise and ride damping feel in person without the usual dash bulk.
