So does carrying in your vehicle, being prepared to eliminate the threat.

A quick release action (not at the plug point) but somewhere along the extension hose that instantly disconnects would solve the problem. No damage to either the Supercharger or the vehicle.

Definitely seems like it will only get better and this is just their first iteration of a solution.

People should put themselves in danger instead of damaging a Supercharger seems to be the argument.
