If she wasn't adding that extra pelvic tilt, it'll hit her glutes more. But with that pelvic tilt, it's hitting her abs more

Ohhh, I see.

@max_misk You see???

@max_misk Allow. ☺️

Depends on the resistance. Either assisted hip-flexion/abs, i.e. iliopsoas + rectus abdominis. But if the resistance is higher than the weigh of the legs, then it is glutes and hamstrings.

I think this is the correct and most detailed answer.

Hamstrings and core

I don't think she's overcoming any load while performing spinal flexion.

This is this a straight-leg deadlift flipped upside down. Target muscle is mostly the hamstring and little bit of glutes and erector muscles.

Hamstrings, glutes, maybe erector spinae. The resistance is being added to her legs on the way down.

No abs?

No. The resistance is helping her lift her legs and pelvis. Abs and hip flexors aren't actively involved at all.

Exactly what I thought.

This works for abs and hamstrings…

🤔

reverse hyper extension tilt is unnecessary

I think she was trying to target her abs.

there is billion abs exercises

Gluteus group, Hamstrings (semitendinosus, semi membranous, long head of bicep femoris).

Dumbest and most ineffective way to train glutes and hamstrings

Care to explain why?

No be abs?

I don't think so. 😅

If it's not abs, maybe quads then.

.

Oh okay.

She is training her lower abs look at the movement of her legs and that small lift of lower back and gluts. Thats a lower abs workout.

Hmmm.

I don't know dad

Come back to the post later.

Her legs dawg !

🙂

abs

Abs and some hamstrings

Abs?

Yeah, there is a little spine flexion there

You're right but the load is the one driving the movement.

Lower back? 🥲

.

She might do the settings for lower abs but i think the hamstring is taking all the power

I think so too.

Core and abs

.

Oh… killing like 3 to 4 birds with just a stone, cause it would definitely hit the abs and core too.

Spinal erectors?

Maybe just a little. I'm not sure.

Upper glutes

Hmmm

Core

Cardio

Abs/core

Shoulder 🙄🙄😒😒 Nonsense question.

Nah, she’s doing too much.

Hammies? With a touch of Abs?

Hb glutes? 🌚

Hmm true

This is not a reverse dead lift tf are yall saying!?!?!? It’s literally a leg raise! W resistance added! When has a leg raise ever NOT been abs!??

Abs

Looks like a lower back and glute exercise, maybe.

Abs+hamstring

Iliacus muscle wch is primary flexor of thigh over hips..she has to bend her knees about 10 degree to recruit abs muscles

Glutes

How was she able to set that up?

Good question. 🤣🤣
