Self-awareness Self-control Self-reflection Self-development To know self…and to continue to know self… To take control of oneself so one can employ new approaches and tools To reflect in-action (during a session) and on-action (after a session) To create and engage in a plan of improvement (as a result of reflection and feedback) By engaging in self-skills your coaching toolbox can broaden and deepen…and your judgement and decision-making can become more thoughtful and more accurate…
