That massive bird. When a #Himalayan #Griffon spreads its wings, it can stretch nearly 10-12 feet across, among the largest birds in the world. #Ecosystem doctors, keep the environment clean by removing dead bodies. Even they eat diseased Caracas. Filmed while releasing it.

The Ever Ace is so massive, it looks like a city moving across the ocean The Ever Ace by Evergreen Marine can carry over 25,000 containers, which makes it one of the largest container ships ever built. It’s so massive that it’s often compared to a floating city, stretching over 1,300 feet long, almost the height of the Empire State Building when laid on its side.

In Heat, when Vincent Hanna arrives at the crime scene of the teenage girl murdered by Waingro, if you look at the bottom of the first shot you can see a dead bird floating in the swimming pool. According to Michael Mann, they found a dead bird just like that in the pool when they first scouted that location, and he liked the detail so much he wanted to use it in the scene. However, when they returned to shoot, the bird was gone. So Mann had someone from the production find another dead bird and put it back in the pool. This is just one example of the attention to detail Michael Mann is known for. The dead bird is subtle, but it evokes a sense of urban decay and contamination that perfectly sets the tone for what is one of the more harrowing moments of the film.

In San Pancho food became more than nourishment, it became a language. The ladies and I spent our time in the wellness sanctuary eating for our blood types, mostly vegan meals crafted for O and A bodies by the amazingly talented Yasmina. What surprised me wasn’t just how clean and energized we felt, but how deeply local food reshaped our experience of the place. When you eat what grows in the soil beneath your feet, you learn a region from the inside out its climate, its rhythms, its quiet wisdom. There’s no bloating, no fatigue, no mid-day crash… just a steady clarity that carries you through. In Mexico, food became medicine, culture, and connection all at once a reminder that the way we eat can ground us anywhere in the world. 🌿✨

After the floodwaters began to disappear, a man noticed a tiny creature swimming in a pool of water left behind. He gently picked it up, and the little bird immediately started crying out. At first, he couldn’t even tell what kind of bird it was. Its body had unusual black and yellow markings, and its feet had strange webbed toes that almost looked like little leaves. The man tried putting it back in the water, but every time he did, the tiny bird swam straight back to his hand. Realizing it probably wouldn’t survive alone without its mother, he decided to take it home. He made a warm little nest out of a towel and gave the hungry bird small pieces of shrimp. As it grew stronger, he even filled a bucket with water so it could practice swimming, diving, and catching fish. Day by day, the little bird grew. Soon, it was flying around the house, and whenever it made a perfect landing, it got a fish as a reward. Eventually, its feathers had fully grown, and the man knew it was time to let it go. He took the bird back to the water and watched as it took off, flying low across the surface until it disappeared into the distance. But their story wasn’t over. The very next day, the man returned to the river and found the same little bird tangled in an abandoned fishing net. It was completely exhausted and barely moving. He quickly picked it up and carefully cut away every piece of fishing line. For a moment, he wasn’t sure the little bird was going to survive. When he finally placed it back in the water, it simply floated there without moving. Then suddenly… its little webbed feet started paddling. Within seconds, it was swimming away as fast as it could, heading back toward the open water. After everything this little survivor went through, it still refused to give up. But can you guess what kind of bird it is?

There are bird mounts in Crimson Desert called Kuku Bird Hatchlings. They are fast, unique mounts found in the Steel Mountains, specifically east of the Spire of Insight. These birds are ridden by Blinding Arrow soldiers. To obtain one as a temporary mount, you must defeat the soldier, then quickly chase and mount the bird before it runs away. Kuku Bird Hatchlings can be used to glide from tall heights and land safely on the ground. You won’t be able to fly upward with the Kuku Birds, but you can control the direction while falling.

Also, as terrifying as the BTs can be, I'll admit, the thing that got me most nervous when I first came across it was a massive dust storm (gotta see it on a big screen to feel its scale). The visuals in Death Stranding 2 are amazing.

Kiddo saw the poor birdies waiting in the snow by the empty feeders and rushed outside to feed them. Now he’s designing a cozy bird shelter to keep them warm… and I’m trying to gently explain to him that birds don’t really follow instructions when it comes to using shelters.

"You are going to work with the Ministry of Environment to clean this place by yourselves. So we won't open the market first. We will clean first." -Fashola At a time when Lagos is dealing with a dirty environment, we can look back at how Fashola handled the same problem at Ladipo Market back in 2013. At the time, Ladipo market was experiencing massive environmental degradation caused by the neglect of its residents. After shutting down the market Fashola visited it unannounced and refused to reopen it when conditions had not improved. The market was eventually reopened after an intensive cleanup by the residents due to the stubborness of the former Governor.

Strange development 🇦🇪🇮🇷 Iran announced that it knows the location of STARGATE, the second largest AI data center in the world, hidden from Google Maps and located in Abu Dhabi. Shocking! Watch the end of the video; they pinpointed its exact location, even though Google Maps tries to show it as just another desert in the UAE. I'll explain more about it in a bit.

Across the Great Salt Lake, engineers built a railroad that seemed to float. A wooden trestle 12 miles long, stretching across a sea of salt and mirage. They called it the Lucin Cutoff. Built by hand in 1904, over 30 million board-feet of timber driven into the brine.

I once watched a pair of Sandhill Cranes stand side by side, wings spread wide, wingtip to wingtip, as they pushed a massive alligator back into the water. Together, they looked like one giant two headed monster bird from some ancient myth. The alligator had gotten too close to their chick, and they did what any parent would do. Such a powerful bird, but they can also be incredibly delicate and this video is a perfect example. This adult probes the ground with its beak and finds a tasty treasure hidden in the soil. A grub dusted with sand—the bird’s version of a salted peanut. Okay, maybe not quite the same thing, but you get the idea. Watching this massive bird so delicately toss the grub to shake off the dirt is mesmerizing. Look closely, and you can see the bird using its tongue to position the grub in its beak. All that prep for a tiny meal, quickly devoured by one of its two chicks.
