It makes no strategic sense whatsoever for TfL NOT to lobby the GOV.UK for powers to cap PHV numbers. In fact, those at TfLTPH don’t even have a coherent argument against it. It’s also contradicts the reasoning used by the City of London when they decided to restrict taxis.

🐿️ i think everything changes based on how the title song is received 🐧 i think so too! 🐿️ because i currently think that all the other following tracks are excellent 🐧 the rest of the songs…all came out really well so the title song really… 🐿️ we’re not very objective when it comes to title tracks 🐧 that’s right 🐿️ because we listen to the song knowing that it’s the title track so the standard we have for it is significantly higher and if there are 99 good things about it but 1 bad thing, it makes us doubt and wonder if it’s bad so it needs to get released for us to actually know

Fitness influencers are lying to you for content. Abs are important and there are so many great ways to sculpt them. Don’t listen to fitness models telling you that to build a long lean hourglass waist many exercises are bad but other random ones are good (without any reasoning whatsoever). It’s just a bunch of nonsense. Especially those telling you to skip oblique exercises. Obliques are structurally and aesthetically important. Don’t ignore them. Just like when you want any muscle group long and lean; keep the weight light, go super slow and use that mind muscle connection to make every little movement intentional and count (feel it when you go up and down), make sure you are doing adequate cardio, and to look ultra lean and defined I hate to say it but a lot of that is also how you eat. There’s no magic few moves that alone get you there or keep you from getting there. Nor will diet and cardio alone get you there. I’m not even going to get into the genetic aspect of abs or the unnatural things some of these fitness models do to look extra snatched and don’t talk about (surgery, abdominal etching). Then there’s Cryo bodysculpting and cryo toning. Point is don’t fall for that nonsense and don’t be afraid to try an exercise just because some silly influencer says not to. I’m unfiltered proof they are full of it. #fitness #abs

But these days most of what we promote are all in the negatives never in the positive, because in these end times we have let the worst of us lord it over the best of us. Tinubu can never be the best that The Great Yoruba Nation can produce. As an Igbo man, I have had the privilege of meeting mostly good Yoruba people than the bad ones. Most of my associates, friends, staffs are all yorubas and they have been good to me. I know that profiling and stereotyping of any ethnic group is deeply ingrained in our society, however it is the enemy of understanding. The more we broaden our perception, the less hold they have on us. Truth is more superior to Lies and deceit. Nonsense Dia fathers. AreaFada.
