The audacity noh? Why tho? Some things didn't work yet? You're using Jarren again? For what? Pwede naman siguro panindigan ang mga desisyon? Or di talaga kaya? Just really wondering! My boy deserves better. He is shining and will definitely shine alone!

Wayne Gretzky shares the advice he gives to every young athlete. "The commitment and the work ethic is worth it." "My dad was a big believer that the harder you work as a kid, the more fun you're going to have as an adult. And the more fun you have as a kid, the harder you're going to work as an adult." Read that again. It's one of the truest things ever said about success. Work now, play later. Or play now and work forever. "The commitment and the passion for what you're doing is so worth it at the end of the day. Just believe each and every day - it's really, really worth it." Commitment is a choice. It's choosing long-term growth over short-term comfort. "I wouldn't trade my life in for anything in the world." Outcomes and rewards require sacrifice. The key question is: what price am I willing to pay (🎥Be Better Off Show)

P.J. Washington on why he believes the Mavericks can turn things around next year: “We get a good pick, we get Kyrie back, we get Dereck back. Start to build a really great team. So, gonna get a lot better this summer, guys will be healthy, guys will be working together, so, I think it’s gonna be really good for us to get some time off and then some time to work together, and just see how we look next year. I think, like I said, the future is bright, so for us, it’s just coming in and be healthy.”

WORK ETHIC vs. WANT ETHIC: "Next time you're watching a game and one player makes a play over another player, listen for the announcer to say, "Oh! He just wanted it more!" Then ask yourself this: Was the level of 'want' really the difference why one player made the play and the other didn't?! Or did one of those players plan better, jump higher, use better technique, see more clearly, and build better skill? Did he want it more in the moment or did he prepare a little better and when that moment arrived he performed a little better? You think that the other player didn't want it? Didn't want to make the play? Was the difference between those two athletes their level of want?! No way. It wasn't want. It was work! Getting in shape requires consistent workouts, not frequent want-outs. You earn in alignment with the quality of your work, not the quality of your want. You can build a life on a work ethic but you can't build anything on a want ethic. Working hard is studying, prepping, reps, reflection, feedback, and responsibility for the results that you produce. It's late nights and early mornings. It's uncommon effort and it's choosing to push harder when you could relax. Wanting hard? Well, that's what everyone else does. Everything is training for something. Do the work.”

Some people need to hear this again. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.

CJ Stroud on what he could be better at: “I don’t know, everything? I could always be better. I told demo today if anything he sees or anybody sees I can be better in let me know. My process has been really good lately. I see the field well. Putting the ball where it’s supposed to be with the coverages and what not. Some things is just I didn’t really get a ton of reps with the guys were getting in the game at receiver.” This alludes to some of the plays I’ve pointed out today with guys running through open window in zone imo. He really can trust Christian Kirk on this & think will be a big help.

Sam Altman on the importance of momentum and why burnout doesn’t come from working too hard “I was told, and I thought for a long time, that you get burned out from working too hard. At least in my own experience, what I’ve found is that burnout actually comes from failing and things not working.” Sam continues: “Momentum is really energizing. The lack of momentum is super draining. And I find that I have infinite energy to work on things that I find interesting and that are working, and almost none to work on things that I either don’t find interesting or aren’t working.” He offers the following advice to startup founders: “I think you see a lot of founders try something and fail, and they assume that they just can’t work hard enough or don’t have enough energy or passion or whatever. And that’s actually not true. It’s just that that thing didn’t work. And what you should do is shut that company down, go on vacation, and try again.” He concludes: “When you look at really successful people and say, How do they get all those things done? It’s that they have the benefit of momentum. And momentum is energizing.” Video source: Y Combinator (2016)

NI-KI genuinely has a lot of admirable charms, but one that I deeply respect is his mindset & personality. whenever I read his interviews or watch his lives, I find myself appreciating the way he thinks& views things, there's a level of maturity beyond his age. he's just soo thoughtful& sincere, and u can tell he genuinely put a lot of thoughts behind each of his words & actions. Maybe that's why it hurts even more to see someone as genuine and transparent getting misunderstood over& over again for years. I never understood why ppl are so quick to judge him & make assumptions about him and never truly care to understand him. or see him for who he truly is. and iykyk there were times where he became much more reserved. It took him time to feel comfortable again and open up & feel free to share his thoughts freely. and witness him regaining his confident& smile again has been really everything, and I just hope he never loses that confidence or the his happiness. cz he deserves sm better. I just hope he will always feels safe enough to speak his heart out, and always keep shining 🫳🐣 WITH LOVE TO NI-KI #WithNI_KIForever #NI_KI #니키 ENHYPEN OFFICIAL ENHYPEN

Love this: The Charlie Kirk assassination is inspiring Americans who have been afraid to speak “My name is John. I have practically no online presence, and the reason for that is because I am scared to post things that I believe or really care about because I worry about what people will think of me. I am worried about missing out on opportunities because of an online footprint. Yesterday, a man died. Presumably because he believed the same things that I believe in. I am a conservative and more importantly, I'm a Christian. I believe wholeheartedly that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, that he died from our sins and rose again, and that he is God. I know that in the grand scheme of things, I don't really matter. No one knows or even cares who I am. But If there's even one person who sees this and gains the courage to speak up themselves, that's why I'm making this. Just so that everybody knows that we're not alone.” This post got over 48k likes in 7 hours

Kaya sa SB19 talaga ako eh. Di nila ako nilalaro o ginagago o ininsulto ang intelligence ko or taken for granted ako. Beyond their undeniable talent, skills, artistry, and passion for their craft, what truly sets them apart is the genuine respect and appreciation they have for A’TIN. That’s just who they are. They will never play with their audience, settle for a mediocre performance, or insult the intelligence of the people who support them. They understand that A’TIN deserves honesty, effort, and the best version of themselves every time they step on stage. Narinig mo ‘yon? Before stepping onto the stage for one of the biggest performances of their lives, they included A’TIN in their prayer. That moment may seem simple to some, but it speaks volumes about the kind of artists they are. They recognize that their journey was never built alone, and they honor the people who stood beside them through every challenge and milestone. For SB19, their audience is not just a number or a source of support. A’TIN is part of their story. And that kind of connection, built on gratitude, respect, and sincerity, is something you cannot fake.

When Zlatan Or Ballotelli says he’s the best player, that he’s better than Ronaldo, than Messi, than others, people hardly call them out on it. People just smile and move on because people kmow they are just delusional and keep them a pass calling it “that’s just who Zlatan is” But when Cristiano Ronaldo says the same thing, it makes people uncomfortable. Why? Because he has a good argument for that with what he has done. It’s just too uppity for them. However, he has had a career of 0.00001 of footballers will ever have. And deserves everything he has achieved. He’s given every Portuguese young boy a dream of being the best in the world. He has my respect. Wishing him all the best in the future.
