The basic idea behind "UFO physics" is very simple. We can get a strong "upward" force from a fast-spinning magnet (or magnetic flywheel), because it "pushes against space" like a spinning gyroscope. Very easy, if we apply a rotating magnetic field (3 or 5-phase) to that magnet! The problem... is that such an "upward" force is accompanied by an equal and opposite "downward" force by Newton's 3rd Law. So we see an increase of gravitational potential, but no loss of total weight ("up" plus "down"), unless that spinning magnet goes into "free fall". How to solve this great problem? The E.T. crop artists have suggested (many times) that we should try to change that "downward" force into another kind of force, which does NOT follow Newton's 3rd Law: namely the Lorentz force of electromagnetism. As shown in a video below, added DC current makes a disc magnet spin rapidly in one direction (by the Lorentz force), while other thin wires which supply that DC current spin in an opposite direction. We can see right away, that the mass of that disc magnet is perhaps 100 times more than the mass of many thin wires which surround it below. Yet they spin in opposite directions at approximately the same speeds! This shows that spin angular momentum (m x v x r) is NOT conserved, due to a peculiar sideways action of the Lorentz force. Does everyone understand so far? In summary, if we can change the "downward" force, for an upward spinning-magnet, into a Lorentz force, then we should have NO real "downward" force, but only a force that goes "up"! So that will be my next experiment. I have had to order some specialized parts to make the trial apparatus correctly, but will try to do it in October, after all needed parts arrive. In this 4th video, I build a new apparatus to show that friendly aliens REALLY DID tell us how to reproduce UFO levitation (on a small scale), by drawing technical diagrams in crops! Placing an elastic, silicone bead over the spinning magnet is essential to capturing its rising force, like for a "top". The central rod spins opposite to the magnet at low speeds (as seen by Edwin Fuhr for a nearby UFO in 1974), but hardly spins at all at high speeds, when the spinning magnet rises up. The "anti-gravity" upward force for this small magnet feels quite large, maybe 300-500 grams, to be measured accurately soon. 😆🛸

This 7-minute video shows my second attempt to reproduce the UFO-like levitation of that Buga orb-sphere. We do see small and reproducible anti-gravity effects of 30 to 50 grams, yet much of the upward spinning force of 500 grams (for this small magnet at 20-30 Hertz) seems to be cancelled by a downward reaction of some kind! Thus we still need one more step to get upward, POWERFUL, UFO-like levitation. I show and discuss two possible approaches near the 5-minute time. It is hard to say which approach might be best, because NONE of what you can see here is in the current physics literature or textbooks. What do YOU think? What should I try next?🛸

Let's add a little more "alien physics" here! A woman in the Czech Republic 2018 had an alien friend. She asked him "how do your UFOs fly?" Her alien friend responded that he would draw a picture in crops, not far from her home, in the following summer to explain the physics. Sure enough, that crop picture appeared near Bohdankov on July 7, 2018 (see slide 1). It showed a big wire-coil magnet below, along with some conductive fluid (galinstan?) spinning above by a Lorentz force. I simulated the crop picture (see video 2) using salt water, green food dye, and 50 volts of DC power over a magnet. Those elements alone do not cause a UFO to fly! Yet if we add three, 3-phase wire coils around that spinning fluid, it supposedly causes the fluid (or a second magnet) to LIFT UP! I am building the needed devices, and plan to test soon. Expand your thinking.🛸

Do you "get" it yet? THIS is how it is done. 🛸 9 wire coils around the outside are given 3-phase power in series as U-V-W-U-V-W-U-V-W. That causes a ring of 24 small magnets arranged as NN-SS-NN-SS-NN-SS-etc to spin rapidly in a direction opposite to the rotating magnetic field, so as to provide counter-spin, relative to another magnet which is spinning forward and upward at the center of the craft. What happens if we use an aluminum disc instead? By itself, an aluminum disc won't spin, because it has no internal magnetic field (which is needed to interact with the 3-phase field below). Yet if we add BOTH an aluminum disc, and also a large wire coil with AC power, then a magnetic field will be induced in that aluminum disc, and it becomes able to spin! In all four of these great videos from 1970, Laithwaite showed that rotation of a special kind (called "precession") can lift against downward gravity, and even more so when the speed of rotation is increased! We have been using 3-phase power to make disc magnets spin rapidly, around and up a pole. Yet those changes only increase gravitational "potential" energy, and do not act continuously against gravity itself (as we need for a "flying UFO"). None of the systems studied by Laithwaite were "magnetic". He used a power-drill to make his gyroscopes spin. Our 3-phase systems are of course more elegant, but still we can learn a lot about gravity physics, by studying Laithwaite's old results! I will be trying next to incorporate his proven anti-gravity methods into our model devices, but am not yet sure how to do it. It is an "alien IQ test", one might say. You can see here a NEW video, which shows the second critical step, of trying to make a UFO-propulsion drive from a spinning vortex of the liquid metal "galinstan". The spin force is a bit weak with 11 "thin" magnets around the outside, but am I try to reduce total weight. We will learn whether this idea works on the third and final step (soon). 🛸

"UFO levitation may be pulsed-periodic with counter-spin" The clear and reproducible "anti-gravity" effects seen here are just 20 to 40 grams (based on E.T. crop-picture designs), but I may not be doing everything correctly yet! These small upward effects come mainly from free-fall of an up-down moving magnet, rather than from its powerful upward force in a 3-phase field. More soon. Lenz Law "Eddy Current" Experiments 2 of 3 - Ring Magnets and a Spinning Copper Rod (YouTube deleted this experiment as well, labeling it as "medical misinformation.") Around 2010, I wrote a Facebook note titled "Frictionless Flywheel". (Facebook deleted my page of 15 years). In that write-up, I speculated and predicted that... ... if a magnet falls in slow motion down a copper tube... then what would happen if you did the inverse? Drop a magnet ring around a copper rod? It's the same relative motion between the magnet and the copper. So the magnet would tilt at an angle while slightly rotating as it falls in slow motion around the copper. But then I said... "Let's take it one step further... I predict that if you have magnet rings around a copper rod... and then you spin the rod... that the magnet rings would stabilize around the rod from eddy currents." I said, there will be a magnetic bearing effect where the magnet ring will levitate and spin. Because it's following in the wake of the eddy currents produced by the rotating copper. So the magnet should catch up to speed of the copper and match it like the moon to the Earth. Essentially remaining fixed relative to the copper rod... but since the copper is spinning at a high RPM, then the magnet should spin at a high RPM; albeit, with a slight lag. So, abiding by the scientific method, I make an observation of the magnet falling in slow motion. I thought critically about. I get a new idea. Once the new idea passes muster, I allow my self to make a prediction for a scenario that hasn't been tried yet. Worked it out in my mind to see if it was viable. But then I needed to test it. I didn't have the ability to spin a copper rod at a high enough RPM that I theorized would be needed. So I communicated with my friend Josh Toms We had been talking about different experiments for quite a while. Josh is a real experimenter and a good man. He tests things before he speaks on them and when he speaks, it's with an informed opinion. He sent me a copper sphere about 2 inches in diameter and taught me some cool stuff about eddy currents I hadn't seen when sending each other clips of experiments we were working on. I explained the concept of the "frictionless flywheel" and my prediction that the magnets would levitate and stabilize around the copper rod if it was fast enough. So Josh built a platform using an angle grinder as a motor to spin a copper rod. He put very strong NdFeB magnets around the 1 inch diameter copper rod. IT WORKED! Josh brought this platform to the Tesla Technology Conference in Albuquerque, NM in 2010 where we met up. I filmed the demonstration of the platform you see in this video. There was a young boy who was fascinated by some of the magnet demonstrations I and others were giving at the conference. So I was explaining the process of what was happening to the inquisitive kid. Again.. what you notice here is that the eddy currents act as a force field to prevent friction between the magnets and copper. There is a stable gap and "magnetic cushion" that forms after a certain RPM. (Dependent upon the mass/gauss of the magnet in relation to the diamagnetic quality/mass of the copper or material in motion.) And what is super interesting to me is that once again... you can violently shake the entire platform and it WILL NOT disturb the magnets. The will not touch that copper after a certain RPM. You could make violent 90˚ turns and from the perspective of the magnets... it's just moving in slow motion relative to the copper. Just like how the magnet falls in slow motion relative to the copper down the tube. But this is just at a higher velocity relative to a stationary observer viewing the rotating system. But it doesn't matter if it's a centripetally rotating system at a constant velocity or linear acceleration in a particular direction... those eddy currents act as a force field to protect whatever is relative to the magnets and/or copper in those moments. So the claim and prediction that a frictionless flywheel effect and magnetic bearing would take place between a ring magnet and spinning copper rod DEMONSTRATED to be true. Lenz Law "Eddy Current" Experiments 2 of 3 - Ring Magnets and a Spinning Copper Rod (YouTube deleted this experiment as well, labeling it as "medical misinformation.") Around 2010, I wrote a Facebook note titled "Frictionless Flywheel". (Facebook deleted my page of 15 years). In that write-up, I speculated and predicted that... ... if a magnet falls in slow motion down a copper tube... then what would happen if you did the inverse? Drop a magnet ring around a copper rod? It's the same relative motion between the magnet and the copper. So the magnet would tilt at an angle while slightly rotating as it falls in slow motion around the copper. But then I said... "Let's take it one step further... I predict that if you have magnet rings around a copper rod... and then you spin the rod... that the magnet rings would stabilize around the rod from eddy currents." I said, there will be a magnetic bearing effect where the magnet ring will levitate and spin. Because it's following in the wake of the eddy currents produced by the rotating copper. So the magnet should catch up to speed of the copper and match it like the moon to the Earth. Essentially remaining fixed relative to the copper rod... but since the copper is spinning at a high RPM, then the magnet should spin at a high RPM; albeit, with a slight lag. So, abiding by the scientific method, I make an observation of the magnet falling in slow motion. I thought critically about. I get a new idea. Once the new idea passes muster, I allow my self to make a prediction for a scenario that hasn't been tried yet. Worked it out in my mind to see if it was viable. But then I needed to test it. I didn't have the ability to spin a copper rod at a high enough RPM that I theorized would be needed. So I communicated with my friend Josh Toms We had been talking about different experiments for quite a while. Josh is a real experimenter and a good man. He tests things before he speaks on them and when he speaks, it's with an informed opinion. He sent me a copper sphere about 2 inches in diameter and taught me some cool stuff about eddy currents I hadn't seen when sending each other clips of experiments we were working on. I explained the concept of the "frictionless flywheel" and my prediction that the magnets would levitate and stabilize around the copper rod if it was fast enough. So Josh built a platform using an angle grinder as a motor to spin a copper rod. He put very strong NdFeB magnets around the 1 inch diameter copper rod. IT WORKED! Josh brought this platform to the Tesla Technology Conference in Albuquerque, NM in 2010 where we met up. I filmed the demonstration of the platform you see in this video. There was a young boy who was fascinated by some of the magnet demonstrations I and others were giving at the conference. So I was explaining the process of what was happening to the inquisitive kid. Again.. what you notice here is that the eddy currents act as a force field to prevent friction between the magnets and copper. There is a stable gap and "magnetic cushion" that forms after a certain RPM. (Dependent upon the mass/gauss of the magnet in relation to the diamagnetic quality/mass of the copper or material in motion.) And what is super interesting to me is that once again... you can violently shake the entire platform and it WILL NOT disturb the magnets. The will not touch that copper after a certain RPM. You could make violent 90˚ turns and from the perspective of the magnets... it's just moving in slow motion relative to the copper. Just like how the magnet falls in slow motion relative to the copper down the tube. But this is just at a higher velocity relative to a stationary observer viewing the rotating system. But it doesn't matter if it's a centripetally rotating system at a constant velocity or linear acceleration in a particular direction... those eddy currents act as a force field to protect whatever is relative to the magnets and/or copper in those moments. So the claim and prediction that a frictionless flywheel effect and magnetic bearing would take place between a ring magnet and spinning copper rod DEMONSTRATED to be true. The "extended" shape of that two-armed, clockwise spin-wave means that the outer gaseous coma of 3I/ATLAS may be spinning along electromagnetic field lines, possibly by a Lorentz force. Rather than by "friction" of the gaseous material with a fast-spinning hard center. In other words, if its central core is magnetic, and electric current flows in-to-out of vice-versa, then any gaseous ions may flow as shown in two other small-scale, laboratory models below (for blue argon gas or mercury). While we study the physics of "spin" and "counter-spin" as used for UFO levitation, we may wish to review current knowledge of "spin" and "counter-spin" in more well-known systems, say those used in hoverboards! In this (old) video, you can see how the fast spin of a lower flywheel with 6 N-S-N-S-N-S magnets (similar to what we have found for the lower flywheel of our UFO model) produces Lenz-inductive spin and/or rise of an aluminum disc placed above. If we use a drive-motor to "spin" that aluminum disc in one direction, while we "counter-spin" those N-S-N-S-N-S magnets in the other direction, then we get greatly enhanced repulsions due to fast RELATIVE motions! Such physics may be relevant to UFO flight, so we can study it and contemplate possibilities.🛸
