I totally agree and you should play them too develop them because if you don’t play lets say your freshman. If you don’t play your freshman then the next season they are still a freshman because they haven’t played. Like your way of thinking.

I think what you’re teaching kids with the one-and-done rule is to go to a place for five months, be one foot in, one foot out, and then go on your way” “You’re in college for two years, and you’re committed to something for two years. A team commits to you for two years. If you’re a first round pick, you get two guaranteed years, and then there’s team options.
