About the "big achievement" question: people who say: "I connected with my teammates" vs. people who say: "I improved the conversion by 20%". It is not that the second type is better, it depends on what you are looking for. People who talk about team are typically better at creating relationships and hold significant value in some cases, like large companies that have a high demand for interpersonal skills to persuade internally or to work with clients, etc. Meanwhile, the second type is more analytical and strategic, deriving motivation from numbers and achieving specific milestones.
