I definitely went too hard / heavy on the sugars right away and didn’t see the benefits I thought Going to go 1 week of a carnivore/keto diet which I’ve done for longer then slowly add fruit just in the morning - eat protein heavy at night Making a much slower

I can't see the captions with my blue blockers on

B vitamins, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Zinc, are going to be a huge help to burning sugars. Also there could be individual differences with fgf-21 - largely from Vitamin A storage, and not so much genetics. Supplementing Vitamin A with the fat and protein meal at night should help the expression of fgf-21 when loading fructose. I like Solgar Dry Vitamin A, however needs to be taken with fat.

Can one have a protein shake with all that fruit?

saw your video poped on my YT feed will listen on the way to the gym

Trying to implement this on a B shift schedule (not optimal I know lol) I assume same thing just fruit for the first 6 hours?

There's no benefit in consuming anything more than a very moderate amount of fat. Anything more than that stresses VLDL export and promotes insulin resistance. There's no benefit in consuming anything more than a moderate amount of fruit. Eating a large amount of fruit is like taking a teaspoon of methanol a day as gut flora metabolizes pectin into methanol.
