We all know it's not going to be a skill that self-sustains you, but maybe might give you back a 5% health every 20 seconds.

This touch of the grave seems like a really nerfed version of touch of the grave from retail. It's actually a much better racial than people give it credit for in retail. But only if you are a fast attacking melee that can proc it more often.
