Id prefer this to be true honestly. After playing multiple iterations of classic over decades with the exact same classes available, I want new classes to play as. Imagine the same classic style of gameplay, but with all new classes, specs, races and zones. Slow, grindy, meaningful loot, immersive, just with new player identities.

No Hollie hinted it in a community video, Agrend literally said they are working on the next Classic project, they flew people out to test the game and talk to major community streamers, and lastly any leaks or screenshot or insider information it's a breech of NDA and would get sued.

I mean to me if this leak is true. It sounds pretty awesome especially if its a prequel with Arthas and exploring or expanding on lore from back then. And I think they are just afraid its not going to be classic enough and more retail which I do not see that.

I’m at the point where wow classics been out 7 years we had SoD and yeah, if they do a WoW 2 with new graphics that’d be better now. After SoD which was basically soft C+? Absolutely. Still will be sad to have no C+ I’ve joked to family and friends I’m going in person to be let down at Blizzcon this year because if they’re going to do it one last time it should be to my face. I’d be stunned if they manage to release something that garners my attention now. There is no company that is better at doing the wrong thing with their intellectual property than blizzard-activision.

Eu já cantei essa jogada da blizzard por aqui a muito tempo. Em vez do dark portal ser lançado a Chrona vem e impede isso de acontecer e a era classic continua. E temos uma nova versão do jogo totalmente classica. Esse seria o classic plus.
