the cybersecurity industry is completely disrupted.. 💀 someone really open-sourced a fully autonomous AI Red Team. it’s called PentAGI. multiple AI agents that talk to each other to hack a target. zero human input. 100% open-source.

Zero human input means agents can blame each other 💀

cyber security was most boring thing to me great it got automated evry time use same tool and method and check one by one such a repeatative cleashes good its gone

autonomous red teams just automate getting hacked faster

Now run it safely on an enterprise infrastructure and ensure there are no exploits that disrupt.

AI+REA+PentAGI, boooom~

@simplifyinAI curious to see how it'll handle complex network setups. AI might miss nuances without a human in the loop, but it's a wild leap for open-source tools!

Does it need obliterated models to run ?

Open-sourcing a fully autonomous red team is a power move — offense and defense both just got cheaper. The security teams not running this against their own systems will be the first ones breached by it.

neat until it burns fifty dollars in api credits brute forcing a static 403

zero human input is the scary part not the cool part lol. we run agents 24/7 and the one rule we never drop is a human tap before ANYTHING you CANT undo. a red team with no off switch is just an incident waiting to happen

what's the actual scope on that target though, does it stop at the box it was pointed at

What could possibly go wrong?

All are the red team, and the blue team

wow that's actually mind-blowing, autonomous agents collaborating to find exploits without any human in the loop? the sheer engineering to make that work reliably is next level impressed by the ambition and execution here.

No way. How can that ever stand up against NIST, SOC, ISO, Fedramp, zero trust, ordinal heat maps and other prior free and probability-less frameworks? This is sarcasm in case anyone can’t tell.

autonomous red teams are good for finding gaps, but most SOCs are still drowning in noise from known attack patterns.

Does it find anything a decent scanner misses, or is it mostly noise?

This is basically Tony Stark hacking his way to a Pentagon conference screen with JARVIS in Iron Man 2.

Open-sourcing the workflow changes the economics of offensive security

Kaspersky predicted "AI fighting AI, with almost no human involvement." PentAGI just shipped the offense half — open-source, #1 on GitHub. The red team is now downloadable. How long until every company needs an AI blue team to match?

zero human input offensive security is efficient until it chains exploits you weren't ready to patch

You will end up being responsible for the destruction.

Question: Which HTTP status code indicates that a server has received the request but has not yet completed it? A. 200 OK B. 301 Moved Permanently C. 202 Accepted D. 403 Forbidden

This is …so dangerous

the scary part of an autonomous red team is the report. agents love claiming a finding. when we had agents re-run each other's deliveries, about a third of the 'done' calls didn't survive. i'd want a second agent reproducing every exploit before a human reads it

cyber security was most boring thing to me great it got automated evry time use same tool and method and check one by one such a repeatative cleashes good its gone xzc

My take: open-sourcing an agent that hacks with zero human input shifts the burden toward defenders. Detection and response will matter more than ever, not less.

This is why the SI Oligarchs withhold models from the public

usa is ready too buy this software out
