Why did silver fall 30% in five hours? In my opinion, this was a purely manipulated move in the paper markets to allow big banks to get out of their short squeeze. This is actually great news for investors, as it removes the artificial anchor and leaves us with a high-demand, low-supply buying opportunity. Flyover Conservatives

Make no mistake, the key to driving down housing costs is increasing supply. When demand is high and supply is constrained, prices rise. It’s basic economics. Last year was the first time the macro data showed rents in Jersey City stabilizing, largely because new housing supply finally came online.

Silver fell last night, but snapped back up this morning. Why? Trump just established a price floor on silver while delaying tariffs to encourage countries other than China to enter into production deals. Normally, news of delayed tariffs would send silver down and keep it down. Instead, it popped right back up because the reality of low supply and massive demand is undeniable. Alex Jones

Felix Prehn, Economist & Hedge Fund Strategist says the silver deficit is structural, not temporary. Miners can't just dig out more, even with demand this strong, because of how silver is mined and how long new supply takes. So the price could run to $100 or $200 an ounce and supply still wouldn't budge.

Most of the Treasury rejection narrative stems from a deep misunderstanding of curves, interest rates, and basic economics. The thing is, it sounds like it SHOULD happen. The government is broke, the debt problem is getting worse, but you need to understand that ***isn’t*** a problem for the Treasury ***market***. It's a massive problem for you and me, the bigger the government gets. It’s a huge problem for the economy, because the more Treasury borrows and Uncle Sam spends the worse the economy performs (govt is waste and inefficiency, at best). And perversely, the more the government fails at economics, the more demand there will be for Treasury assets. Again, this isn’t the way we want it to go, but you have to accept this is how the market and the monetary world works. Treasury supply doesn’t matter and we have years, decades of proof showing you this. 2025 is another perfect example especially since everyone said this was going to be the year Treasury supply did matter. Spoiler alert: nope, it didn’t. The reason is depression economics and that’s the one key matter no one ever considers because they stupidly listen to the Fed and mainstream Economics when both are upside down and backwards on reality.

The dollar is devaluing. Policy makers are likely to lower interest rates and print more money in an effort to stimulate the economy. This is the worst possible thing they could do for inflation, but will be the ultimate catalyst for gold and silver - which I believe is still headed for $150. I spoke about this on Flyover Conservatives this week.
