I had an opportunity to train with Big Dan, he invited me for some rounds, and my coach advised against it. Said high level big guys like that are always looking for size to train with because they are always breaking their partners. Politely declined.

Luckily my videographer and spotter was on hand to help, my hero 🦸‍♂️🤣 I managed 3 and a half though so that’s not bad. I’d upped my weight to 20kg from 15kg and that was just too much of an increase so for the next set I reduced it to 17.5kg and managed 8 reps 💪🏋️‍♀️ #gymfails #gym
