Climate change extremists do more harm to the Irish economy than any environmental good... increasing poverty, increases a negative effect on the environment long term. Not to mention top polluters negates any supposed miniscule benifits

If the plan is to reduce through traffic by car, why not just remove the toll on east link? Currently, demand exceeds supply on bus routes. This should be where the focus is!
