Ken, first off—I respect you and the work that you’ve done. With that said that was 4 (more) minutes of generalized critique & ZERO solutions. YET…I’ve never seen you once suggest a better system? Am I mistaken? Do you have such a recommendation — is there someone that you would recommend who crafts a VISION you would subscribe to? Couple things to point out . When the average person hears this kind of message, they often picture an image akin to Scrooge McDuck, swimming in his vault of gold, hoarding all the wealth at a waste…. The intelligent mind knows — That’s not how the real world works. All “elites” as it were, invest their money. Whether into banks or stocks, or goods, these investments/(or spending) then fuels & funds the growth of future companies/future productivity …and in turn generate more wealth for more people? “Money” is nothing, but it means of controlling/exchanging “energy” between people — this is why it’s referred to as a currency and it doesn’t matter if it’s paper gold or digital. It’s backed by our labor. Under this system …. Even the poorest in America today have access to technology that would’ve been limited to the .001% just 20 years ago. From communication to publishing to production to education , to you name it? … Now, are you seriously gonna look yourself in the face and say that we DON’T have an “entitlement problem” in the United States …in part created by POOR parenting coupled with the culture of MTV cribs and lifestyles of the rich & famous?
