Many African languages and dialects have been lost and history forgotten due to colonialism and neocolonialism, where must Africans are now speaking colonial languages and abandoning their own language. Katrina 91 years is the last remaining fluent speaker of Nuu, the ancient language of the San, or Bushman, people in South Africa. She and her granddaughter Claudia Snyman work together to save this language. #Africa

At a time when non Bengalis in WB refuse to speak the native language and keep imposing their culture, and when Bengalis are shunning away their own language and culture, an Indian in far off Pahalgam not only speaks the language with grace but is seen selling the famous Kolkata biryani, the only one there. This is the beauty of India. And this is a lesson for shameless Bengalis who will do everything in their capacity to sabotage their own roots. Video : Instagram

“Let’s respect their culture?” This is not culture. This is religion—the most oppressive and aggressive one. Iranians are Persians with thousands of years of real culture, history, and identity—not the Islam-subjugated ideology falsely labeled as “culture.” Iran had its own way of life long before Islam: Zoroastrianism, rooted in freedom, ethics, and human dignity. I wish the Iranian people success in reclaiming their country and identity. A world without ayatollahs will be a better world.

This reflects a form of neo-colonialism, where Turkey is using the same tactics that European colonial powers once used to impose their language and culture on African societies.
