Those are 2 complete different computers. What the user is restarting on the video is the infotainment computer (usually called 'Ryzen' because it runs the AMD Ryzen CPU). FSD runs on the Autopilot Computer (usually referred as HW3 or AI4 depending on what you have)

Adam Jonas in new note on Tesla's FSD: "I visited Tesla's official FSD safety tracker. Over 514 minutes Tesla’s FSD miles increased by 5,141,738. This translates to 10,003 miles/minute. If we assume 90% of FSD miles are in the US, this implies Tesla FSD miles accounts for 0.1435% of total US miles traveled. At 10,003 miles/minute, Tesla's current pace of FSD miles could cover the distance of a journey from Miami Florida to Anchorage Alaska and back again (4,951 miles each way) EVERY MINUTE."

Sprinkle of Cybertruck FSD mishaps. FSD v14.2.1. FSD was getting ready to make a left turn. In fairness, I pushed the pedal as there still was time to make the turn before the oncoming car. However, I took the foot off and the truck came to a stop. Then when the turn was almost complete, FSD threw the red hands and the message said "Aborted with a system error." If you are wondering why I looked at the camera in between, I wanted to make sure it was recording the situation. I have hours of video footage I recorded while driving on FSD 14.2 and 14.2.1.

But there's a problem… in the video, they used Tesla's Autopilot, not Tesla's FSD (Supervised), and compared that to the top offerings in other automakers' cars. CNBC also claimed that Tesla lacked an effective driver monitoring camera, but Tesla does have one—so much so that some Tesla owners complain about its sensitivity. Camera based driver attention monitoring is less strict for Autopilot than it is for FSD (Supervised). Not once in the video did they test the latest version of Tesla's FSD. Consumer Reports says Ford and GM have the best driver assist systems. The Mercedes system they praise in the video is extremely limited and can only work on highways. FSD's performance has once again surpassed humans. While waiting at an intersection for the green light, FSD suddenly moved forward. The driver thought FSD was about to run a red light and prepared to disengage. However, FSD only moved forward slightly and then stopped. it didn’t run the red light. It turned out that a car behind was trying to squeeze past from FSD’s left rear side. FSD judged that the space was too narrow and unsafe, as it might get hit, so it moved to avoid the situation. Look at his statements about past versions of FSD and you'll see it has been the same tired lie for years. Tesla is still nowhere close to solving unsupervised FSD and Omar knows it. He's just trying to pump $TSLA stock. Don't be fooled by Tesla's cutlists.
