The majority of people cannot do 6, 7, 8, 9, 10+ Unassisted Pull-Ups that look ANYTHING like this It’s all swinging, half repping, compensation, etc. Thus, the majority of people should check their ego & hop on the Assisted Pull-Up Machine or use a band (or use a Lat Pull-Down)

All these assisted pull up videos I see and the guy is on 💉 Speaking as a NATURAL with AVERAGE genetics and wide Lats... I've never face to face encountered other NATURALS with wife Lats, who DON'T do Weighted Pull-Ups & Heavy Rows But unlike the rest of these DOGMATIC liars. I will simply tell you that it's about INTENSITY first. If you nail that down it really doesn't matter which variation of pull up you do.

This guy in the back coming down the ramp into the parking garage honks his horn at the car in front of him. The car in front of him is waiting for two cars in front of himself to get into the parking garage. The guy at the front of the line is having issues with the parking ticket machine. First this guy in the back honks, then he gets out of his car and stares like that is going to change something. Then he walks over and tells the second car to move up and then he starts to walk over to the guy at the ticket machine like he’s going to hurry him along too, like he’s actually doing something to move the line along. What is he achieving? Be patient. Many people said they would take extra time now just to be slow on purpose. What is the hurry? Would you ever pull in and honk right away and then get out of your car to try and move people up a few feet and then try to hurry the line up?
