You’ll know you’re doing it right when you feel the “T-Rex arms” position up top.

While I love them the reality is it’s a Bullshit movement invented by a human. There is no wrong way. Enjoy it and play with variations to target different things. Keep your core tight regardless. Everyone needs there to be a right and wrong way so they can be an expert.

The part most people miss: the swing isn't a squat with arms. It's a hip hinge that snaps. The kettlebell should feel like it's floating, not lifted.

He is doing it wrong as well. The left video is right, the upper arms should press tight to body.

Why bother? It's the dumbest exercise in the gym.

The solution is to not do kettlebell swings. Just deadlift if you want to work your hams

Its ok to have extended arms via the elbow joint in the top position but the shoulders should be packed/retracted which I rarely see done properly in the gym without some formal training: i.e. kettlebell kings or StrongFirst

ケトルベルスイングってヒップの爆発感掴むまで本当に試行錯誤だよね。自分も後半で腰が丸まらないよう鏡で確認しながらやってて、ちゃんと効いた時の背中から脚への連動がクセになるわ。

Turning kettlebell swings from wild whirlwinds into smooth, hip-powered symphonies.

Hip hinge is where 90% of people mess up. We built AI pose detection that catches when your knees drift forward instead of hips driving back. Curious if you see more swing errors from poor hip mobility or just not understanding the movement pattern?

That is an inefficient exercise that wastes up to 60% of the kettle's range of motion with an unnecessary swing that requires 0% effort on the return.

That Enter the Kettlebell video with Pavel will teach you a hell of a lot of things, not just the swing. It’s kinda corny, but should be required viewing if you regularly use kettlebells to work out

Hip drive matters, but the swing's real tell is what happens to your heart rate recovery. I've noticed swings with poor posterior chain engagement spike HR higher and take longer to settle, even at the same rep count. Form shows up in your recovery data.

This is one of those exercises that looks easy but is so easy to get wrong. Focusing on the hip drive makes all the difference.

If done correctly, benefits are strong arms & grip strength, good core, good cardio and fat burner ⚡️ Btw, this is not for beginner.
