His bio says he received his “master's and Doctoral degrees in Eastern Medicine at Emperor's College in Santa Monica.” Ryan laments that people have spent most of their time in the sun for centuries until the past 100 years. Ryan, lots of things have changed thanks to science. People also used to have a life expectancy of 30 years old. The consensus is unequivocal: wearing sunscreen with a high SPF on all exposed areas daily, regardless of the weather and how much time you spend outdoors, is the best way to protect your skin. This does not mean wearing sunscreen should give you a false sense of confidence; protecting your skin from unnecessary exposure is still important. Wearing sunscreen daily will also improve the quality and evenness of your skin.
