🔴 Take 30 seconds to read and understand this Liverpool positional practice under Andoni Iraola. We’ve seen this practice shared on other pages who try to replicate what we do, but the explanations have been wrong. First of all, this is a 6v5 positional practice, not 6v6 or 5v5. In the first zone, the practice is played as a 5v4 and within an area 16(L) x 28(W) Yards. The players are deliberately positioned to replicate: ▪️ Two centre backs on the end line (They can step in) ▪️ Two inverted wide players ▪️ One central pivot ▪️ Two mini goals representing players between the lines AKA number 10 positions. The top zone is then played as a 1v1. The practice is designed to recreate central overloads when Liverpool have controlled possession in the opposition half, that's why it is setup in that part of the pitch, again deliberately so. The 1v1 represents a potential moment when an opposition centre back steps forward to track a player receiving between the lines, and spaces appear to run into. This creates an important decision for the team in possession. After completing a set number of passes, can they: ⚽ Play into a mini goal (10 positions between lines), for one point? Or… ⚽ Release the attacker with a well timed forward pass beyond for two points if a goal is scored? The attacker must remain onside, angle their run beyond the defender and finish into either target goal. If the pressing team regains possession, their objective is to attack quickly and score in transition into the mini target goals just beyond the halfway line. The purpose of the practice is to develop pictures, connections and decisions when dominating possession high up the pitch. Can we play through the opposition when the space is available, or play beyond them when they step forward? From there, the coaching principles begin: ✅ Play forward when it’s on ✅ Recognize when to play through or beyond ✅ Maintain positional connections ✅ React immediately in transition And so on! That’s session planning, and a real insight into the detail behind the practice. Save this for your next session and follow us for more ⚽ #FootballCoaching #SoccerCoaching #PositionalPlay #LiverpoolFC #AndoniIraola #CoachDevelopment #FootballTactics #SoccerDrills #FootballTraining

🏉 | #RugbyScoop My view on the scrum debate between the Springboks & All Blacks There’s been plenty of chatter around the scrums - Angus Gardner was pretty clear with his communication: this was the second reset on the second scrum. On this particular scrum, Lomax gets the better of Gerhard Steenekamp & Gus let’s play continue, which I don’t have an issue with. Chances of getting defending team being penalised in their own 22 are potentially 0 😂 But the bigger talking point for me is the legality of the scrum. Scrummaging is one of the most technical areas of rugby, and ultimately, safety and stability are the priorities. You only really achieve that when both front rows are engaging and pushing square and straight, within the laws. And this is where I think we need to be honest: just because nobody has previously penalised or pointed out that the Boks may not have been pushing square and straight, it doesn’t automatically mean they’ve been doing it correctly all along. When you come up against a team that can genuinely match you pound-for-pound, they will test you. They’ll look at your technique, identify what you’re doing, and challenge anything they believe isn’t legal. And when both teams are scrummaging legally, you can actually see the difference stability, balance and a genuine contest. For me, Angus Gardner did a fantastic job managing this area of the game. He communicated clearly, identified the resets and managed the contest without unnecessarily dominating the game. Interestingly, he could have penalised the Boks on the clip below, but chose to play on. I have absolutely no issue with that decision. #RugbyScoop #Springboks #AllBlacks #Rugby #Scrum #RugbyLaws

🎥 Arda Güler’s post-match interview. 🎙️He is with us now, the author of probably the best goal of the season, Arda Güler. Congratulations. How would you describe in Spanish the amazing goal you scored? • "Thank you very much. A great goal, and I'm very happy. Hala Madrid!" 🎙️Have you seen your goal already? Have you watched it? • "Yes." 🎙️I want you to watch it and tell us live on Real Madrid TV what you feel when you see your work of art. • "Yes, here I looked at the goalkeeper, and the goalkeeper was not in a good position. I tried it -and great goal." 🎙️How much credit does today's win deserve after all the effort against Manchester City, Arda? • "Of course, we were a little tired, but we knew we had to win this match. That is why it was important to count on all the young players, because with the support of the academy players we were able to play a good match and achieve a clear victory!" 🎙️You scored your goal and then hugged the coach, with Álvaro Arbeloa. What does he want from you? What does Arbeloa ask of you? • "We have a very good relationship with the coach. We are with him both in the good moments and in the difficult ones. Today, after the goal, I went to celebrate with him and with everyone. The coach asks different things of me depending on the position. When I play deeper, he wants me more involved in the build-up, and when I am further forward, he asks me to play more between the lines and be more direct. I always try to do the best I can." 🎙️And on Tuesday, Arda, a key match against Manchester City? • "Yes, we have to go out looking for the match from the start, take advantage of playing at home, and that way we can score more goals!" 🎙️Thank you, and keep scoring more amazing goals like that. • "Yes, let's go - Hala Madrid" 😁😄🤍

🚨Thomas Tuchel on England’s World Cup semi-final defeat to Argentina. 🗣️ “I have to say it because everyone watched the same match. The referee and VAR completely lost control of this game. In a World Cup semi-final, mistakes like these are unacceptable. You work four years for moments like this, and then crucial decisions are handled with unbelievable incompetence.” “The challenge on Anderson? How is that not given? The offside decisions? The fouls ignored? VAR had every angle, every replay, every opportunity to correct obvious errors and they still failed. If technology cannot get the biggest decisions right on the biggest stage, then what exactly is it there for?” “I don’t want excuses because England also made mistakes, but don’t ask me to stay silent when my players are denied fair decisions. We are told to respect referees, yet who takes responsibility when they get it completely wrong? Nobody. They apologise after the tournament while our dream is already over.” “This is a World Cup semi-final, not a training match. The standards should be the highest in football, yet tonight they were nowhere near good enough. One bad decision can change history, and England were forced to play against both Argentina and a refereeing performance that simply wasn’t at the required level.” “Argentina are a fantastic team and they punished our mistakes, but I refuse to pretend the officiating had no impact. It did. The referee and VAR created controversy from the first whistle until the last, and that should embarrass everyone responsible.” “England leave with heartbreak. Not only because we failed to reach the final, but because every player will always wonder what might have happened if the biggest match of their lives had been officiated properly. That is impossible to accept.”

Megyn Kelly ERUPTS as a Washington prosecutor suggests the teenage girl s*xually assaulted by a trans wrestler may have only felt “the sensation” of being penetrated. “This is BULLSH*T!” Megyn plays the video and reads the prosecutor’s memo out loud, and it gets worse with every sentence: MEMO: "As someone who has no history with wrestling, I was unaware that touching in the area of genitals and buttocks is somewhat common, including the sensation that an opponent may be penetrating genitals." KELLY: "The sensation that one is penetrating genitals? I'm sorry, but women know if their genitals are getting penetrated or not. What the f*ck is this?" MEMO: "This practice or sensation is common enough to have a nickname in the wrestling community… 'oil checking' in wrestling circles." MEMO: "The referee who presided over the match appears to have said that while nothing stood out to him during the match, after watching the video of the match, he could not say that the suspect's hand placement was, quote, 'anything out of the ordinary'… sometimes in the course of a match… you grab what you can grab. 'That's something that happens in almost every match.'" KELLY: "You get fingers up your vag*na in almost every match? F*cking bullsh*t. This is bullsh*t. I smell fucking woke administrators who are trying to cover for a trans athlete." ADDED CONTEXT: The victim, a 15-year-old girl, alleges her trans opponent pressed fingers into her vag*na during a December 2025 girls wrestling match in Puyallup, Washington. The sheriff's office referred the case to prosecutors as third-degree r@pe. Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney Mary Robnett refused to charge the trans athlete, admitting there was "no doubt" the girl didn't want the penetration to occur but citing a consent defense for contact in organized sports. The principal and athletic coordinator of the victim's school have been criminally charged for waiting 53 days to report the incident.

Qullamaggie on Shitty Stocks in Hot Sectors Are Better Than the Best Stocks in a Random Sector “Yeah, that’s it, you know. Low float and a blockchain if you haven’t noticed—no, uh, you know—a blockchain-related stocks are the hottest stocks right now. And you know, if you have a very hot sector, even the shittiest stocks are gonna make bigger moves, bigger moves than the best stocks in a not-very-hot sector. That’s how it works—you gotta be in the hot sectors. You gotta be obviously—you can’t just randomly buy anything. But if you have a setup like this, can too. It’s a Chinese Bitcoin miner. That’s where I bought it yesterday—not because I like the setup, love the setup or anything. And you know, it’s a very thin stock, it’s not a big position. But I knew—these types of stocks, when a sector gets really hot, these types can double and triple very fast. I’ve been doing this for a while, like I know. Last time these are like something like DPW—it’s another getting pumped as a, or actually it’s not getting pumped as a Bitcoin anymore, or crypto play, but it used to be. No, it wasn’t this one, IGC—was it IGC? Yeah, so this was one—was a weed name. Okay, anyhow, whatever, it’s the same thing. You know, when a sector gets really hot, even some of these random shitty stocks can make enormous moves. Like IGC—look at this thing—went from like forty-five cents to fifty bucks. Now this is a weird name back in twenty-eighteen. But you know, they—they traders just want to find anything that’s gonna be the next whatever. You know, people are looking at this MARA RIOT, which I, by the way, nailed. I can’t believe how well this worked. But you know, like when I bought RIOT in the fours, the same principle. And MARA—when I bought it in the twos—when the sector gets sucked, these small ones can really go. And this ANTE, thing could go to ten bucks. And if it doesn’t work out, you take a small loss. If it works out, you’re gonna have a big return.”
