BitcoinOS (BOS): Powering zkLTC & Litecoin Settlement 🔥 BOS is the cornerstone of LitVM’s Litecoin-side operations. Together, we are modifying BOS' Bitcoin-focused tech stack for Litecoin, enabling trustless $LTC bridging (as $zkLTC) and ZK proof settlement to the Litecoin mainchain. The BOS team are true pioneers in the UTXO rollup scene, being the first to successfully verify a ZK proof on the Bitcoin mainnet in July 2024. It is an honor to be working alongside BOS to usher in Litecoin’s next chapter as a trustless, programmable Web3 ecosystem. The UTXBros are evolving!

Dog Memecoin Builds Bitcoin Client For Faster Transactions DOG community account, Leonidas (Leonidas 🧡 $DOG), announced a new open source Bitcoin client dubbed $DOG Mode. Right now, small transactions have to include extra, unusable Bitcoin just to get accepted. DOG Mode would remove that requirement, freeing up an estimated $25 million in Bitcoin that's currently locked in place. Unlike some other proposed fixes, DOG Mode does not require Bitcoin to split into a new version. It only changes how transactions are relayed, not the core rules that govern the Bitcoin network.
