I’ve always been a huge anime fan, especially Chainsaw Man. So I wanted to push my limits a bit and try creating a live-action version of Denji vs. Katana Man. Since anime fight scenes are known for their insane speed and intensity, translating that energy into live action became a challenge I genuinely enjoyed. This whole sequence was built using an image-to-video workflow with MiniMax Design (H3) 02 and Kling AI 2.5 Turbo, with the base images from Nano Banana Pro on Freepik (now Magnific) . Edited in CapCut Pro and upscaled with Topaz Labs for that final punch. Such a wild experiment, but honestly super fun to make. What do you think about the result?

BARRY 🍯 - Meet Barry, a bear hopelessly addicted to store bought honey. Once content with wild beehives, his taste buds now crave the processed sweetness from supermarket shelves. To get his fix, he repeatedly robs convenience stores. Arrested time and again, he somehow keeps getting released, only to strike again. Miraculously, the charges never stick. I guess being a bear has its perks. My end goal here was to use Kling 3.0 for the entire cinematic sequence, including lipsyncing and dialogue to see how it holds up. The video model has improved a great deal and this was a lot of fun to put together. Enjoy! I love telling all sorts of stories, even silly ones like this. P.S I'm starring in my own short film, I'm the one who is in prison with the bear. Two weeks in Japan. Hundreds of photos. One creative rabbit hole I couldn’t resist going down. Last year, I created a song as an experiment. I wanted to blend Japanese and English lyrics and see what kind of mood it would create. It turned into something atmospheric and different from anything I’d done before. Then my wife and I spent two incredible weeks in Japan late last year, and the experience stuck with me. Seeing the temples, shrines, and local shops while my wife and I wandered around Kyoto left a lasting impression. When I got back, I realized that the song needed a visual story. So I decided to build a full music video around it. I started by fleshing out the concept and writing a shot list like a real production. Then the fun began. What’s interesting is that many of the locations you see in the video actually started as photos I took while my wife and I wandered around Kyoto. Those images became the foundation for the environments that were later generated and brought to life with AI. It was a fascinating, creative process. Part music creation, part photography, part storytelling, and part AI experimentation. This is BLITZ 🏍️ starring myself. I've tested a workflow that combines two of the best AI image editing models right now, Nano Banana and Seedream 4. Using these together feels like a superpower. Seedream 4 for instance generates much more dynamic camera angles BUT Nano Banana does a better job with overall consistency, so utilizing both is super beneficial. I wanted to create a sequence where I'm riding a Cyberbike with an electric booster that overclocks the motor to deliver short, high-risk bursts of extreme speed. The location is a white sand desert. I decided to also test MiniMax Design (H3) start and end frame feature which in my opinion is one of the best since it understands so much about context and camera movement. Start and ends frames let you have much better control over camera movement but where Hailuo truly excels is that it understands speed and camera shake which are essential for any fast paced action sequences. The music was generated with Suno 4.5+ and some additional sound effects like the bike and wind in the desert were sourced from Artlist. Edited with Capcut. I challenged myself to create a commercial type video based on my country of birth. I am proud of the final product and wish to share it with you all, specially with the fantastic AI community here in X that has given me so much support. Maybe this way you can see a little bit of my surroundings and habitat and know a little bit more about me. This video was created 100% with artificial intelligence. A process that, in a traditional production, would have taken months of work and a full professional team, costing tens of thousands of dollars. I made it alone, in two weeks, without leaving my office. By combining creativity, patience, and a series of cutting-edge tools, I generated between 500–700 images, 200–250 videos, and 20 songs. All of it was curated, edited, and finally unified into one piece. Tools used: 🎨 Midjourney / Nano Banana – image and visual concept generation. 🎥Grok / Veo / Midjourney – video and scene creation. 💻 Photoshop – keyframe retouching and enhancement. 🧠 ChatGPT / Gemini / Grok – scriptwriting, narrative design, and conceptual direction. 🎧 ElevenLabs / Suno AI – original music composition. 🎞️ CapCut / After Effects – final editing and color grading. It was an arduous but deeply rewarding process, a demonstration of what a single creator can achieve when artistic vision meets advanced technology. Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! Here's my first series of Anime created by Generative AI. Vidu 2.0 is a groundbreaking advancement for storytelling in the Anime style. #vidu @Viduforhuman Hi everyone 😊 😉 Here's my first AI-created Anime series. The name of my anime is Kuro & Yuki. I won't spoil the story for you, but it begins with these two boys locked up in what appears to be a highly secure institute/prison. Yuki has reached the age where he has awakened his power. While wandering the corridors of the institute, he meets Kuro, a boy with autism. It's a fleeting encounter as they end up being separated. As the story unfolds, you'll understand who they really are and why they are locked up. I don't plan on making episode 2 yet, even though I've grown attached to my characters' story. I'll continue the story only if a lot of people are interested and want to know what happens next. Otherwise, I'll explore other universes and styles of Anime 😉 Tools: - Epidemic Sound (For sound effects) - Vidu AI (to transform frames into animation) - ElevenLabs (for certain expressions) When I say Vidu 2.0 is a game-changer, I mean it. I had already made my animation with the previous version of Vidu, but when they gave me access to the beta, I urgently changed my plans and recreated all the animations. Let me tell you, it's a whole new level. My first animation was ultra frustrating to bring my ideas to life! Really! And since Vidu couldn't handle many image styles, I clearly couldn't bring my ideas to life. But with Vidu 2.0, I enjoy it much more! For the first time, I really get to bring my ideas to life! Until now, I always had to make compromises. Of course, Vidu is still not perfect, and there are still many obstacles, but it is a truly magnificent advancement! Here's my first series of Anime created by Generative AI. Vidu 2.0 is a groundbreaking advancement for storytelling in the Anime style. #vidu @Viduforhuman Hi everyone 😊 😉 Here's my first AI-created Anime series. The name of my anime is Kuro & Yuki. I won't spoil the story for you, but it begins with these two boys locked up in what appears to be a highly secure institute/prison. Yuki has reached the age where he has awakened his power. While wandering the corridors of the institute, he meets Kuro, a boy with autism. It's a fleeting encounter as they end up being separated. As the story unfolds, you'll understand who they really are and why they are locked up. I don't plan on making episode 2 yet, even though I've grown attached to my characters' story. I'll continue the story only if a lot of people are interested and want to know what happens next. Otherwise, I'll explore other universes and styles of Anime 😉 Tools: - Epidemic Sound (For sound effects) - Vidu AI (to transform frames into animation) - ElevenLabs (for certain expressions) When I say Vidu 2.0 is a game-changer, I mean it. I had already made my animation with the previous version of Vidu, but when they gave me access to the beta, I urgently changed my plans and recreated all the animations. When that failed, they sent multiple Cease & Desist letters trying to scare me into silence. When that failed, they resorted to filing repeated, frivolous DMCA copyright takedowns in a clear attempt to get my account banned. Here’s the full timeline: Right after Charlie was assassinated, I put a photo of him as my profile picture as a memorial. Charlie was one of the biggest reasons I started this channel. He was my role model. That original image was a Gage Skidmore photograph that had been published under an irrevocable Creative Commons license. For those who don’t know: when a photo is released under Creative Commons, the creator is giving the entire public permanent permission to use, share, and even modify that image without needing to ask for further permission. The license cannot later be revoked. Turning Point Action later claimed exclusive ownership of that photo, sent a Cease & Desist, and demanded I never use Charlie’s name, image, or likeness again. I rejected their overreach, replaced the image, and eventually switched to a completely AI-generated image of Charlie that has zero connection to the original photograph. My bio has clearly stated the entire time that the profile photo is AI-created and that this account is not affiliated with or endorsed by Turning Point. Despite that, they filed a DMCA copyright notice on July 29 and got my profile photo removed. I filed a counter-notice. They then filed a second, nearly identical DMCA copyright notice on August 3 against the brand-new, completely AI-generated image and got that one removed as well. I again submitted a counter-notice. I then reached out to X Legal Support, informed them of the full situation, and they reviewed it and stated in writing that my account is not in violation of their copyright policy. I sent Turning Point my own Cease & Desist laying out the facts and demanded they stop filing frivolous DMCA notices against my account and withdraw the two they had already filed, since X itself confirmed I was not in violation. You would think at this point they would realize their tactics are futile and give up. Instead, they refused to withdraw the notices, doubled down with even more aggressive language, and sent me a fourth Cease & Desist. They are still trying to claim ownership over a completely AI-generated image they do not own, and they are still trying to use the copyright system as a weapon to silence critical journalism. Charlie Kirk never would have used these tactics. He believed in free speech, open debate, and the right to question powerful institutions — including the ones that claim to speak in his name. The organization that now operates under his banner is doing the exact opposite: targeting one of the people who loved him and who refuses to stop asking what really happened to him. There are thousands of accounts across X that use Charlie’s image as their profile picture. Turning Point is not going after them. They are only going after the journalist who criticizes them. That tells you everything you need to know. If they get away with this against me, they will use the exact same playbook against anyone who says anything they don’t like. So Runway Gen 4.5 finally adds image-to-video, the workflow most pros rely on for consistency. We put it head to head with Kling AI and Flow by Google VEO using the same reference images and prompts (below) to evaluate motion quality, stability, and cinematic realism. 1. I am still searching for words that can do justice to the bliss of spending three days in the temple town of Udupi. It was an experience like no other. From Ayodhya, where I had recently beheld the childhood image of Rama, I travelled southward to Udupi to gaze upon Krishna in his child-like form. For the first time, I stayed in lodgings so close to the main temple (Sri Krishna Mandira) that it felt as if I were living within its sanctum. Slowly, the rhythms of temple life began to pulse through me—the clanging sound of bells, the rustle of devotees, the chants that charged the atmosphere with devotion. At the heart of this temple stands the exquisite black vigraha of Krishna from Dwaraka, discovered by the great Acharya Madhva himself. It was Madhvacharya who, in the 13th century, unleashed a tidal wave of Bhakti that continues to ripple through the centuries, drawing millions towards Krishna and his many divine forms. Udupi Krishna’s image unusually faces the west instead of the east. The legend behind this reversal is moving and profound. Kanakadasa, a saint-poet from the Kuruba (shepherd) community, was once denied entry into the temple. Undeterred, he stood behind the temple and sang to his beloved Krishna. Moved by the purity of Kanaka’s devotion, the image of Krishna turned westward towards him so that the Bhakta could gaze at his Bhagwan through openings in the wall. The priests, struck by this miracle, sought Kanaka’s forgiveness. To this day, devotees glimpse Krishna through the same opening, now known as Kanakana Kindi, the window of grace. I was told that Kanaka’s window was gold plated (Kanaka Kavacha) just before PM Modi’s visit some days ago. There is also a prominent golden platform called Suvarna Teertha Mandapa which was inaugurated by the Prime Minister. The dark-brown wood of the temple along with the golden Mandapa nearby seemed to tell me stories of kings, sages and bhaktas from every stratum of society. At dusk, as hundreds of diyas were lit, their flames shimmered across the wooden beams and golden panels, creating a celestial glow that words cannot capture. My American sensibilities briefly worried about the fire hazard, but the next moment I surrendered to the serenity and warmth of that light as I performed my parikrama. If I am allowed to complain, I would only say that the sounds of bells, gongs and drums that erupt at the time of Aarti are a little too loud; I think that if the percussion sounds were reduced by half, the Aarti would be even more meaningful. When I finally beheld the image of Krishna adorned with flowers and jewels; radiant and childlike, I could feel the elation that must have swept over Madhvacharya when he found it and composed the Dvadasha Strotram on the spot. The song “Preenayamo Vasudevam” from the Stotra was the background song playing in my mind throughout my Udupi trip. I had heard it being sung mellifluously in the Houston temple so many times and unknowingly wondered who could have composed such a sweet offering to Bhagwan. It bewildered me that I had traveled to the very source of the song which had stirred me so deeply! It was this Krishna, this Krishna whose image I had seen in the logo of the Krishna Vrundavana temples in America for whom the Acharya’s mind overflowed with love. What also struck me was the vibrant cultural life pulsating within the temple. There were stages everywhere for dancers, musicians, scholars, all offering their art to Krishna. The grandest stage, gleamed like a palace hall opposite the shrine, its carvings rivaling any theatre in the world. On smaller stages, Bharatanatyam dancers performed with divine grace, and women’s groups sang Haridasa kirtanas through the day. The air seemed thick with music, devotion, and beauty. Nearby, at the Gita Mandir, devotees continuously chanted verses from the Bhagavad Gita—sometimes twenty voices in unison, sometimes just one lone seeker. But the sacred syllables never ceased, flowing like an eternal river of wisdom that uplifted all who passed by. As I sat listening, the words of Krishna in the Gita seemed to dissolve into the ocean breeze. The temple town of Udupi felt like a living embodiment of Bhakti, art, and knowledge. Udupi had whispered something eternal into my soul. True darshan happens when the divine turns toward us just like Krishna turned toward Kanaka. It was a reminder that even a silent call to Him would be heard.

Where are we in the consumer AI cycle? I went on Bloomberg Technology to discuss what we a16z are seeing from studying the data since 2023. So far, a rising tide has lifted all boats. But, we're starting to see ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini diverge in approach to winning the consumer. My main takeaways 👇 1. ChatGPT is still dominant - but the race for "default AI" is on. On web, ChatGPT is 2.7x larger than #2 Gemini. On mobile, 2.5x larger. But, ~20% of weekly ChatGPT users are now also using Gemini in the same week - and Claude is growing quickly with developer and prosumer use cases. 2. AI is going global - but not where you'd expect. We built a per-capita adoption index by country - Singapore ranks #1, followed by Hong Kong, the UAE, South Korea. The U.S. is down at #20 - with both a smaller % of white collar workers for whom AI is valuable, and more cultural pushback. 3. The creative tool category has completely transformed. In our first edition, 7 of 9 creative tools were image generators. Today only 3 remain - video, music, and voice have taken their slots. OpenAI and Google focusing on native image gen means you need to be specialized to standalone. 4. Agents are here. Manus and Genspark both made the web ranks - and if our data was for February (not January), OpenClaw would have debuted at #30! But, it has still not escaped containment to the mainstream consumer - expect more packaging around agents for specific use cases. 5. AI is leaving the browser. Between Cursor, Claude Code + Cowork, Granola, Wispr, and others, users are increasingly interacting with AI via desktop apps. We will have to evolve our methodology as AI becomes more ambient - and can't be measured by a website hit or app download. 6. AI-enhanced (not AI-native) players are waking up. For the first time, we included six legacy products that are now meaningfully AI enabled. Only 3 made the top 15 on web - including Notion, which reports 50% of ARR from AI. The others?
