That wire is supposed to go underneath the metal plate in the screw.

That's the wrong kind of terminal for stranded wire.

That’s not a good method either. For better results use copper or tin-plated ferrule (bootlace ferrule). Or, twist the stranded wire and tin it with solder.

No electrician would ever be that stupid or that clumsy.

Man darf niemals eine flexible Leitung mit ihren Feindrähten so unter eine Schraubklemme klemmen, sondern könnte wie Früher entweder die Enden verzinnen und eine Öse biegen, was aber mittlerweile wegen der Fließeigenschaft von Lötzinn unter Druck wegen der langfristigen Kontaktsicherheit nicht mehr im Regelwerk erlaubt ist. Also entweder entsprechende Aderendhülsen aufpressen und verklemmen oder lieber gleich passende Crimp-Gabel-Kabelschuhe für diesen Anwendungsfall verwenden.
