This is because I was trying to do it directly within the simulation. However doing it after the simulation is much easier and faster. Finally your OS windows act like REAL windows 🤣 As you know, I've spent more than 2 years sharing all kinds of simulations and mini-games made with Claude, ChatGPT (o3-mini-high), etc. It’s been ages since I last wrote a single line of code. But pretty often, once you hit over 1,000 lines, it turns into a debate against the LLM and you frequently get stuck in a loop that’s hard to break out of. Everyone was raving about Grok 3’s ability to generate code, but until now, I hadn’t really put it to the test. So I decided to challenge it with a prompt that both ChatGPT and Claude were seriously struggling with (debate loop). The initial prompt was: "Use Python and a 2D physics library to create a world where I can generate different static objects like squares, triangles, circles and rectangles. I should be able to move them with the mouse, rotate, scale, and delete them. The cool part is that we’ll see this world through 1 to N operating system windows. In other words, the windows will be like real windows! When one of these windows is active and I hit the spacebar, balls affected by physics should appear and interact with the static objects. You can start with placeholders, but later I'll send you a series of PNG images so they all become beautiful sprites." After a few iterations, I got the result you see in the video. Insane, right? 🤯 Now, with Grok, we have the power to create anything that pops into our mind with just a couple of prompts. It’s mind blowing. Ever since I was 9 and messing around with BASIC on my MSX, I've been hooked on visual simulations... And now I can create them using nothing but natural language. It's f***** amazing that we're living in this historic moment!

Following ☄︎ work, I'm experimenting with some react three fiber with #threejs webGPU. We no longer need an EffectComposer to use post-processing effects in #r3f. Now, everything is done by composing TSL nodes. I created a small component that helps in rendering post-processing effects. All you need to do is import the effects you want and add them to the final composition. I will share the link to the demo and source code on Monday 😍. Another thing I want to highlight is how amazing the Screen Space Reflection effect is. It generates reflections not only on the ground, as we had before in r3f in webgl. It is able to calculate the reflections between the meshes. Look how beautiful the reflection of the lightsaber on Darth Vader's mask is. This is not something that is easy to calculate and this is exactly where WebGPU in threejs shines! Congratulations to everyone on the threejs team. I am increasingly impressed with WebGPU and TSL.

Mac Mini is super nice because you can use native iMessage for talking with OpenClaw. The only problem is that it's very expensive and you need to always have your Mac Mini on to run this setup. So I made a plugin to allow anyone on any computer (either Linux, Windows, or Mac) to be able to have access to iMessage natively. Even better, it has access to all of the reactions, triple dot indicator, etc. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Classical theory teaches that the single outer electron orbits the nucleus and full shells, and forms a dipole when this gets "wanged" but, physicists have long wondered, what does it look like when the electron gets wanged? is it like ringing a bell? i thought that this was the perfect time to really push what is capable of, in terms of building artifacts. grabbed zig to compile wasm and webgpu to make it super performant, and work with it for a bit and ran the REAL TIME-DEPENDENT Schrödinger equation on a 3D grid in a potential in the browser. and you can kick it! what!! it's soo beautiful... this is going on the website overhaul for sure here is the artifact. i don't endorse that it's exactly right, but i feel it is probably spiritually a good sodium simulation. it certainly rings my dipole!

But the final result came from many corrections, adjustments, fixes, visual tweaks, Three.js issues, camera changes, object placement improvements, and a lot of manual direction. That is the real workflow. I share build in public content here to show what you can actually do with AI, but also to show that there is no magic dust. AI is powerful. Very powerful. But the difference between a cool demo and a real usable prototype is still iteration, feedback, taste, debugging, and direction. Yes, I am also waiting for GPT-5.6. But the final result came from many corrections, adjustments, fixes, visual tweaks, Three.js issues, camera changes, object placement improvements, and a lot of manual direction. That is the real workflow. I share build in public content here to show what you can actually do with AI, but also to show that there is no magic dust. AI is powerful. Very powerful. But the difference between a cool demo and a real usable prototype is still iteration, feedback, taste, debugging, and direction. Yes, I am also waiting for GPT-5.6. It will probably arrive next week, and when it does, we will test it here properly, in public, with real prompts, real iterations, and real results.

Xenon II (1989), by the legendary Bitmap Brothers. Yes, it has a low frame rate. Yes, movement feels a bit sluggish. But you know what? You still played it and probably loved it. This was (and in many ways still is) a game with the most badass soundtrack and effects ever.
