I’m PRO-British Columbia, and I believe THE PEOPLE should have the final say on major changes to how their province is governed. 86% of British Columbians agree: major changes to how our province is governed should require the consent of THE PEOPLE. That should not be controversial. The NDP had no mandate to create conditions that put the certainty of private property rights into question or fundamentally change who makes decisions over B.C.’s land and resources without asking British Columbians first. That is exactly why B.C. has the Recall and Initiative Act. It gives British Columbians the power to take an issue directly to the people when government refuses to listen. I am using that democratic power to repeal DRIPA. No mandate. No public consent. And no government should get to fundamentally rewrite how this province is governed and simply tell British Columbians to accept it. British Columbia belongs to its PEOPLE. Government answers to its PEOPLE. And the PEOPLE have every right to decide its future.

Whatever situation is there in Delhi today, The Modi government & Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is Responsible for it. This interview of Dharmendra Pradhan is a month old, before the protest started. Now if this government had conveyed this information to the people on time. 🇮🇶|Basra Just Erupted. The Oil Capital of Iraq Is Protesting the Blockade on Iranian Flights. The Government Is Losing Control of the Street. Basra is not Baghdad. It is not Najaf. It is not Erbil. Right now, more than 1,000 acres in Port Coquitlam and Richmond are tied up in new Indigenous title claims, neighborhoods, parks, and even the old Riverview site. This is not speculation. This is happening, and it is only the beginning. The NDP has opened the door to province-wide uncertainty, and they’re pretending it’s all perfectly normal. This Premier lit the match and walked away. He refused to defend private property rights in court. He refused to tell homeowners what was unfolding behind closed doors. And after nine years of NDP secrecy, he has the nerve to act surprised that people are scared, confused, and losing trust. What exactly did he think would happen when he hid the truth from the public for nearly a decade? Let me be absolutely clear: reconciliation does not mean destroying certainty. It does not mean destabilizing entire communities. The mark of a bad Bill is obvious: sweeping Henry VIII powers hidden inside something thin and flimsy, handing the Government carte blanche to rewrite it after the event. That is exactly what this was. Now, having pushed it through, the Government is retreating: call it a pause, call it a U-turn. But let’s get to the point, the rights of the Chagossians. This Labour government talks about enabling their return, yet when the Supreme Court ruled that Section 9 of the 2004 Order in Council, denying their right of abode, was unlawful this Government chose to appeal. So which is it? Does the goverment believe the Chagossians have the right to return, or are they determined to keep them out? This is not about process. It is about justice.
