The third fully domestic prototype of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 regional airliner, developed by the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), has successfully completed its maiden flight at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant. The test flight lasted approximately 40 minutes, reaching altitudes of up to 3,000 meters and speeds of up to 500 km/h. The aircraft demonstrated excellent controllability and stability throughout the flight. This prototype is equipped with Russian-made PD-8 engines developed by the United Engine Corporation (UEC), replacing the previous Franco-Russian SaM146 units. In addition to the new engines, the aircraft features domestically produced avionics, landing gear, auxiliary power unit, control systems, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire protection systems, and more. It also boasts a newly designed fuselage with structural modifications aimed at streamlining both production and maintenance.

These planes were developed with many Russian parts pre 2022, but now Yak reworked the model and swapped everything for Russian parts. The aircraft had its imported components and systems replaced with Russian ones. The procedure of swapping every part of a plane for domestic components is extremely complex, as this has not been done before. Usually you iterate on a plane part by part, not doing such a big bang change. This procedure includes replacement of the cockpit controls, control system drives, wing mechanization movement system and stabilizer adjustment mechanism, avionics complex, integrated air conditioning system, integrated system for collecting, monitoring, processing, and recording flight information, wheel braking system, main and auxiliary power units, fuel system, wheels, tires, and more. The plant workers, together with specialists from the flight test and refinement complex of PJSC "Yakovlev," are checking the fuel system, start-up and operation of the auxiliary power unit and main engines, as well as testing of the aircraft's systems and equipment with the engines running. Frequency tests of the landing gear systems and integrated control system were also carried out on the aircraft. 1/

Few adjustments that need to be made in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey update especially in Expert worlds. 1: Less rollers, it’s like every 10 feet there is a roller to deal with… 2: More Lost Masters around the Ninjago part of the map. 3: A few of the places around the map are bugged and you fall right through them. So that needs to be fixed. 4: The new weapons definitely need a durability boost. LEGO Fortnite Status

There has been a misconception online that we have switched to a 4-2-3-1 in the last two games. That’s not true. It’s the same 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 we have played all season. Woltemade is playing LCM. My thinking as to why it seems we aren’t is because of the freedom Eddie offers our players within the structure. Woltemade is allowed to move and receive between the lines, just like Willock (when he plays LCM) is allowed to hold width and use his pace in wide areas.

Yesterday, ISRO conducted the 5th Integrated Main Parahute Air-drop Test (IMAT-05) to test Gaganyaan's deceleration system! 🪂 In this test, a mass simulator fitted with Gaganyaan's decelebration (recovery) system was dropped from an IAF IL-76 aircraft from 2.5 km altitude at ADRDE in Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh. The sequence of events in the test were as follows: 1. Two Apex Cover Separation chutes remove Gaganyaan's protective Apex cover. 2. Deployment of 2 Drogue chutes. 3. Release of drogues. 4. Extraction of Main chutes using 3 Pilot chutes. 5. Deployment of 3 Main chutes.
