It called a 'pint of single'. 3 Kilds side by side, tiniest drop from first, 3/4 fill from second then top-up from third. Let settle 3 or 4 mins then final top-up. You would never have used as much 'high' (first Kild as shown in video). 1970 price 2/6 = 12/13 pence.

Reminds me of when I was younger and we sent the oldest looking guy to the offy to buy everyone’s beer. Some of us ordered the recently released draught cans. He came back with bottles of stout. It was difficult to drink but we were teenagers & we’d get through it regardless!
