From Ukraine, I’m watching Iran respond to U.S. strikes on the regime with attacks on our military bases and across the region. My thoughts are with the Iranian people and our troops in harm’s way. This is where we are now. Escalation has consequences on all sides. Congress cannot keep abdicating its responsibility. We need a clear, long-term strategy - one that protects our forces, deters further conflict, and defines our endgame. May God protect our troops.
