The problem isn’t that we don’t know what works. It’s that too many programs still avoid it. This is Ajax training in the 90s. Drills into sprints, bounds, resisted runs, stair jumps, strength work, agility. No gimmicks, they were training off principles that still hold true

today. There aren’t separate laws for soccer players!! Speed, force output, and tendon stiffness all follow the same biomechanical and physiological truths. Regardless of your sport, the body adapts to load, intensity, and progression. If you want to move faster, you need

force. You need coordination. You need tendons that can tolerate, store, and reapply high forces efficiently. That doesn’t come from gimmicks or endless small sided games. Too much modern sport preparation confuses specificity with effectiveness. Meanwhile, the core

physical qualities that underpin speed, power, and resilience remain underdeveloped. Maximum Output is the most current version of how I train those qualities together. 8 weeks of all new programming combining acceleration, max velocity, resisted sprinting, jumps, Olympic

lifts, strength work, and conditioning, plus what I’ve changed and why. It’s the system that produced some of the best improvements I’ve seen in sprint speed, jump performance, and strength while still keeping athletes fit. If you want to understand the principles behind

speed development, Speed Kills is the foundation. It’s an 80+ page deep dive into acceleration, max velocity, sprint mechanics, resisted sprinting, stiffness, programming, and how to organize it all inside a training week. And if you want both the education and the

application, grab the Speed Kills + Maximum Output Bundle and save by getting them together.

Still using one.

man no disrespect but wtf are you talking about?

Pizza

stick to sports you understand or work with people who do

Actually work with soccer athletes. How about you, stealth_mode2?

oh im sure youve suckered people into buying into your overzealous bs. ive played at levels you cant reach.

Nice, I’ve worked with players in the EPL. So I assume you played there too. Whats your name, I’ll look up your stats. Excited to see.

no you havent. you wouldnt be saying retarded bs on the twitter.

Let’s bet $20,000 on it. I’ll get a contract drafted. Deal?

The problem was many were using illegal steroids. Not allowed in the Sport, so in effect were cheating. They got away with it for approx a decade. Then in the 2000s some started getting caught, the others soon stopped.

So glad that PEDs no longer exist in sport

Roger Spray ainda fazia isso no Sporting. Era a subir e a descer escadas no antigo estádio

Fred. We don’t do a lot of that anymore because it is a waste of time. Getting in the weight room and increasing strength is fine. This looks like an American football combine. These are kids in professional academies. They are living at Ajax. Grassroots football? HELL No!

Too many Fake Theories in recent times
