HANDLE THE BALL AGAINST PRESSURE This clip is a masterclass in handling the ball against pressure. Most players think that the more moves they make, the better BallHandler they are. In reality, a players ability to Start-Go-Stop is what makes them productive. Do you have a starting move that can get you downhill. On that ‘go’ can you be in control under pressure. Then, do you have the ability to stop to create separation, and be comfortable in a face up so that you can make a decision and play.

Do YOU think this was a clean tip on DBone’s first ever “no-looker” to teammate Darius Butler for the slam? For those that don’t know.. A “tip” is when you catch the ball and throw the ball during the same jump.. you’re not allowed to be in contact with the ground and the ball at the same time on the defensive side of YOUBall and MANY other driveway basketball games

I came across this clip of Carlos Alcaraz doing this simple but effective drill to help with his ball toss when serving It immediately made me think about how these amazing players in ANY sport don't skip the basics I see it everyday with golf, the recreational golfer isn't willing to do the smallest, most basic things in order to help themselves acheive their goals They say they want one thing but their actions don't show they will achieve it Golfers always want to hit driver as hard as they can, they skip the importance of setting up to the ball correctly, they don't like changing their terrible grip because it "feels weird" Yet the best tennis player on the planet is working on his ball toss in order to ensure he can serve the ball to the best of his abilities It's these 1% efforts that can help you achieve exactly what you want. Don't skip them & when a coach asks you to do them, there's a reason we want you to listen and do them. They are important

this is the problem i have with pregame alliances, especially for old era players. they expect to get to the end with a voting block and can’t play with the fluidity of the new era. cirie and ozzy seem to be the only ones who understand it!

The problem for the gatekeepers is not that civilization has previously collapsed because of an event. The real problem is that the event is cyclical... If it were a once-in-a-million-years meteor impact that caused a reset, they would have said so. But it is not. It is the Geophysical Event... They will never confirm the event because of “national security.” They need you to keep working and grinding as if everything is going to be okay until things become unbearable. Then they will retreat into their bunkers, and you will be left alone...
