There is nothing like "ruling coalition." UDA is the sole ruling party, with Ruto at the wheel of a rickety contraption held together by the rot and rust. ODM is the retreaded spare wheel, Weta the jack, and Mudavadi the wheel spanner. Then there are nuts and bolts like Kuria.
