It is astounding how easily people confuse two very different acts. We asked to explain it in simple terms: A civilian wearing a mask at a protest is exercising a constitutional right. The First Amendment protects anonymous speech and peaceful assembly. Americans have long had the right to criticize power without revealing their identity. That protection is not a loophole. It is a safeguard. A government agent wearing a mask is not exercising a right. They are exercising state power. State power operates under a different standard. The Constitution demands accountability from those who detain, search, or use force. The Fourth Amendment restricts government action. Due process requires transparency. Public power cannot hide behind anonymity while asserting control. In a democracy: Private speech can be anonymous. Government force cannot. One is liberty. The other is authority. Know the difference. Help fight ICE: And yes — the First Amendment protects you from calling and ICE agent a “piece of shit” - if you don’t like it, I hear there are other countries without constitutions.

🚨This is one of the most disturbing ICE brutality videos I’ve seen in a long time… Another angle of this incident shows ICE agents suddenly rushing protesters outside the Newark ICE Facility, then continuously shoving U.S. citizens toward the wheels of a MOVING TRUCK… until an activist’s LEG is run over. And the most disturbing part? The protesters are not charging the agents… The agents are the ones creating the escalation. And not only that, they are forcing civilians backward toward a MOVING VEHICLE, escalating a situation that was not violent until THEY made it violent. That is reckless, dangerous force.
