Struggling with sinus pressure, brain fog, or blocked breathing? It might not just be allergies. It’s fascia. And this 60-second maneuver you do each side, rewires the pressure at the source, your nervous system. Here’s how to release it:

Your entire face is wrapped in fascia — a connective tissue that stores tension, trauma, and stress. When facial fascia tightens, it compresses: Sinus pathways Facial nerves Lymphatic drainage Blood flow That’s what creates the “blocked” feeling.

Most treatments target mucus. But if the fascia is tight, even clear sinuses can feel clogged. This is why meds often fail — they ignore the mechanical compression. You don’t need decongestants. You need decompression.

Each exhale tells your nervous system: “It’s safe to let go.” Each rotation creates space in the fascia around your: •Frontal bone •Zygomatic arch •Nasal cavities The result? Instant decompression.

People are reporting: Sudden nasal drainage A “pop” or release in the face Deeper, easier breathing Less pressure in the jaw, eyes, scalp Less inflammation Feels like a natural facelift All in under 60 seconds.

This isn’t woo. It’s neurofascial regulation. Fascia connects your sinuses to your: •Jaw •Eyes •Neck •Diaphragm •Nervous system When one part unwinds, the whole system shifts.

This is part of a bigger system I call Mindful Movemend: A trauma-informed method using fascia release, breath, and somatic awareness to: •Heal stored stress •Restore alignment •Unlock the body’s self-regulation I hope you found that valuable, love @juleshorn01

If this resonated, then it’s just the beginning. On May 31st, I’m teaching a 80min live fascia masterclass, a deep dive into the exact system I use to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and reset the body through fascia. •$22 •Recording included •Only 500 spots, last one nearly sold out. This is your first step into Mindful Movemend. Secure your seat now:

It works!

Awesome

Thanks that felt great. Is there anything with what you do that can help tinnitus. It has come along with menopause. I am sure it can be reversed as no ear damage that I know of

Will post tmr
