The problem is we have some stupid laws that are being used to send a person who tweeted something that lasted only hours to 31 months in jail. It's absolutely bonkers, as well as wrong.

She immediately went on to claim a woman who pleaded guilty to inciting racial hatred was harshly punished. 🤦♂️

Until we have more jail spaces, the government's hands are pretty much tied to do this.
