It is present in several compounds such as Carboxylic acids(eg. acetic acid CH3COOH), alcohols(eg. ethanol CH3CH2OH) , water(H2O), carbohydrates(glucose) and even inorganic hydroxides such as KOH. These two videos are from Shaqlawa in northeast Erbil and Ranya in northern Sulaimani. Interestingly, both locations are not far from the U.S. Harir airbase in northeast Erbil but it is unclear what exactly is going on.
