The ultimate Grok Bot usage hack! HEAVY lift cloud agents skill. The problem statement was I had been consuming all my grok bot weekly usage & zippo of my monthly cursor ultra tokens. Well now that’s all changed! I created a skill with my chief of staff that is...

@bot @cursor_ai Interesting idea but at the same time defeats the long term purpose of @bit though. I’ll try this out though when my 100% weekly limit is over.

@bot @cursor_ai @bit I’m guessing bot usage will merge with cursor/grok allocation very soon and hopefully we get a reset weekly button 🤘

@bot @cursor_ai I’m not sure that’s right….check your cursor usages too. I use the cloud agents too and my cursor usages are exactly equal to grok bot’s.

@bot @cursor_ai How so? Scraping websites causes heavy grok @bot usage and is non code related, just have cloud agents do that

@bot @cursor_ai I do the same with Grok build web. I can easily build 160 websites per week via the Grok heavy usage.. Grok bot is just managing. The cool thing is the all can be build in parralel in different browser tabs. Insane...i have been building website my whole life. Insane.

@bot @cursor_ai same problem, but this is after I'd already instructed Grok Bot to offload everything possible to other routes. will have to be far more instructive when to use Cursor agents.

@bot @cursor_ai It's the only way. Seems to misfire a bit and just do things itself so you have to be super clear to stop if you can't make cursor work.

@bot @cursor_ai Is the point of grok bots in this case like an agent harness pretty much? An easy way to manage coding through the @bot ui

@bot @cursor_ai Big reduction for me was size of GrokBuild contexts. Having them create memory dump summaries regularly to dump handoff into, but allows for new session starts regularly & keeps contexts small reducing a ton of build & bots churn. I had a 1.5gb context; was killing my usage...

Grok Bot is officially available in Tesla vehicles! I had early access for my Grok Bot team to be integrated directly inside my Cybertruck with the help of the SpaceXAI and Cursor team. And this is truly one of those things that’s hard to fully understand the power of it until you actually lived with it. It’s the same Grok Voice experience you already know in your Tesla… no separate app is needed. When you’re signed into Grok, your Grok Bots are right there and you can talk directly with all of them with just your voice. So today, Tesla FSD was driving me. I said, “Hey Grok.” Then I talked to my CEO bot like I would talk to someone working for me. I told it what I wanted for dinner tonight: 1/ Blueberries 2/ Strawberries 3/ Ribeye 4/ Shrimp 5/ And taco night for my family of four. That was it. I didn’t sit there searching for every single ingredient. I didn’t open Amazon and start building a cart item by item. I just explained what I wanted. Then, my CEO bot routed the job. My Chef bot figured out what we needed for taco night. Then my Amazon Cart Builder bot started putting the cart together and choosing the best items based on my purchase history. And while all of that was happening… FSD drove me to the gym and parked itself. I went inside and worked out. My bots kept working. And by the time I was finished, the cart was ready for me. I opened it. Looked everything over. Then I just clicked Order. Grok Bot + Tesla FSD completely removed all the manual work in between that would have wasted part of my day researching building a grocery list, getting the Amazon cart ready, and manually driving to my destination. And THAT was the wow moment for me… I just talked to Grok. FSD drove. I worked out. My Grok Bot team handled the busy work. When I finished the gym, the cart was simply just waiting for my approval. And all I had to do was click order. (btw you can make your Grok Bot place the order automatically as well, but I’m super picky with my food so mine are specifically built so I review it at the end). With this technology, you’re no longer opening five different apps and doing every tiny step yourself. You just tell your team what you want with your voice. They go work on it. You go live your life. The biggest upgrade here is that Grok Bot + Tesla FSD is giving us back the one thing we can never make more of… TIME. Grok Bot handles the work. Tesla FSD handles the drive. I get my time back. This is really the future… I’m glad people will be able to try out Grok Bot integrated with their Teslas today… this is truly life-changing technology.

I feel burned out having to manage context for my agents/harnesses/runtimes. And what "grinds my gears" is the fact that Astra will burn through my usage simply due to loading a plethora of skills. I spent time to make sure the previous models like Sol are able to meet my production bar... As of today, it feels like I have to throw that out or manage that between two model types. I thought we had AI to help us with this? Shouldn't this be the job of the model provider especially if I use their harness? But Ray, you just have to...(do new undocumented thing) and it'll just work. BRUHHHHHH you drop models/updates every few weeks and keep changing this. Now repeat for the last 6 months... Cursor Projects just dropped their beta and I'm starting to see where the puck is going with a workflow like this. I can design what happens from PRs, bug fixes, testing, and the entire SW Dev lifecycle without living in a terminal or managing skill files. This is going to save me lots of time as my project evolves and I don't have to spend much time maintaining skill files or handing off things between agents. I can switch models and ship software like a professional. Here is my first look at Cursor Projects and I'm very bullish on where this is going. Last night, I asked my Builder Grok Bot to send a job to Cursor. I asked it to have Cursor create an “explainer” video pipeline that follows a set of specific instructions, and is easy to run whenever I want to create an educational video vs starting from scratch every time. My Grok Bot started up a Cursor project in the cloud. One Cursor coordinator agent ran the project and handed work to two others. The first working agent built the pipeline in the cloud. After it finished, it sent the work from the cloud down to a Cursor worker living in my Mac Mini. The Mac Mini worker installed all of the programs necessary for building these videos, and will follow these instructions for all future builds when I run this pipeline: 1. Claude Code on the Mini, signed in to my Claude Pro subscription, writes the research, the script and the animation plan. 2. Python on the Mini draws the animations. 3. Kokoro on the Mini records the narration. 4. ffmpeg on the Mini adds the music and captions and exports the MP4. 5. The finished video saves to my iCloud folder. Now every time I ask my Grok Bot to make an educational video, it passes it through this pipeline on my Mac mini. All of the tools are already installed, and the steps are set in stone. All I need to do is give it a topic and it knows to run this. This all happens on my Mac Mini now, and doesn’t involve cloud agents unless I want to bring one on to edit the pipeline. No need to start from scratch every time. Here’s the first video explaining how the power grid works:
