Every song release is a big deal. This song has waited a long time to have its moment. I remember when Sara, Sam and I wrote Fragile (the same day we wrote another song called Madness), it held a special place in my soul as a human. So much so, that it kept disappearing from different projects as if to wait for the right moment to be introduced to the world. Being on Evergreen, song release number 3… it’s crazy how things work themselves out for the best when you trust the process. I always wanted to change the lyrics of the first line because I was afraid it wouldn’t make sense. But the more I worked with it, the more personal it became, and the more truth it carried. I would tell you what it means to me, but I want to hear how all of you connect with it first, so I’ll just say this… This one is for anyone in a season of life where the structure of you that you’ve built for the world needs to take a break and make space to care for the human inside. Whether you have those people, or that person in your life that loves and supports that human, or you’re looking forward to meeting that person someday, this is for you. You deserve to be the human you are, and you deserve to be loved and seen for that human. And if you haven’t felt it yet, I can’t wait for you to feel what it’s like to find someone who makes you feel safe enough to be Fragile.

Q: a moment recently when you felt your heart flutter 🐱 a heart fluttering moment? 🐥 there was a question like that earlier, it was “was there a moment recently where you felt your heart beat fast?” , but honestly there wasn’t a moment where my heart fluttered (recently), but lately one of the moments that made me feel the happiest, was when we went to the cat fair, and we were looking for things to buy for Mangchi, and talking about this and that and then going home and installing the stuff we bought a few days later, and telling Mangchi, can you go in there? I felt really happy then. That was the happiest memory I have as of recently. 🐱 Aha 🐥 Does your heart flutter because of me? 🐱 flutter? Hmmmm I don’t know about heart fluttering but there was a time I was really thankful for you. 🐥 recently? 🐱 it was just something you said 🐥 “just” something I said? 🐱 something that you said, not something you did I mean. More moves to AI-first living. Got the Genspark browser that just came out. One thing I notice is that I like having separate browsers working on different tasks. I'm not a big user of MCPs, since I'm not really a developer. Are you? They have a store of a bunch of MCPs available to use. Most of my AI work is research related, or answering emails and scheduling things, I'm focusing more of my effort there. Genspark has been shipping a ton of stuff the past few weeks, from ability to make slides to a new AI secretary that can schedule things, or help you answer your emails. First I looked at, "does it make sense to move over to this new way of working?" The problem with that is you gotta learn a new browser. Well, it looks like Google Chrome, except it has a prompt window. Click the icons underneath it and you will see you can add X, Notion, Google stuff like calendar and gmail, or a variety of others. But the real power is just talking to it. I asked it what kinds of tasks it can do, and it answered: "Just tell me what you want to accomplish! For example: "Research the latest developments in spatial computing and create a presentation" "Analyze my Gmail for any important emails from this week" "Find information about AI robotics companies and create a spreadsheet" "Generate a video about emerging tech trends" "Help me plan a trip to CES 2026" And so further into AI-first living I go. Have you tried it yet? What do you suggest I do next to use more AI to run my life and build my business? I have another browser tab building a video for me. What a beautiful time to be alive. I built the clipboard I always wanted for working with AI agents. It’s called Bluey and It’s 100% local-first. It lives under your mouse cursor. You can draw on your screen, speak to it, or type what you mean, and Bluey turns all of that into rich context for Claude Code or Codex. I’ve been using it to design websites and debug UI because I can finally say things like “move this here” or “make this section feel cleaner” while pointing at the actual screen. No more writing long explanations. No more manually describing screenshots. No more agents getting lost because they don’t know what “this” or "that" means. You can just point to it, speak or type and it will curate the best possible context for your agents Bluey captures the screenshot, annotation, transcript, app/window context, and the details your agent needs, then sends it directly into your coding session. If I have a plug or a hack to get a better deal or more food, would I share it online? Probably not, the chances that it would ruin it me or the company is pretty high. Especially if other locations catch on. I feel that if I shared this, what would happen is more and more people would try to take advantage of it and the store would issue a policy to stop it. What I’m conflicted about is, by ordering a taco in a bowl, I would be getting a $15 bowl for $4. Is it my fault the company has a loophole like that, or should I even feel guilty about exploiting it if it’s only for my benefit? Or is it a scenario where everything is fair game because the restaurant allows us to do that. Whose fault is it that we figured out how to get their pricier item for less? Someone else called it theft, but is this really theft if it’s allowed? They allow us to put our taco shell in a bowl. They allow us to ask for as many extras that we want. So would I really be the bad guy for taking advantage of this? I figured if this was a real issue the store would have stopped it, and to this day as far as I know, anyone can still do this. When I get a chance this week I’ll go and try to do this again to see if it still works, I’ll keep you posted.

The biggest mistake I see people make when they start carnivore is the same mistake I made. Trying to do everything perfectly from day one. That is not a plan. That is a setup for failure. Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. You do not have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to start. 👑

It’s like going against a computer at chess. You iterate and adapt your moves until you find the right combination that solves the problem. It’s one of the reasons why LLCOOLJ is still on the top of his game.

The lack of "feature design" is why so many products over time feel hollow or messy. This isn't visual design. This isn't architectural design. I thought that a short video lecture of what feature design is and a real case study of applying it in Ghostty would be helpful. Feature design is the planning step behind how you're going to solve one or more user problems with a product feature: what that feature looks like, how it feels, and not just how its going to tactically solve these specific problems, but how that solution is going to interface with the edges of other features that currently exist or are planned to exist in the future.
